How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Optumrx?

You can send them a message on their website which they won't even read for days, so it's a useless feature. You can also call them at 1 (800) 356-3477 and sit on hold for 10 minutes before getting a person to talk to. In my experience, calling them has never resolved whatever issue I'm calling about, but you can talk to someone.

Regular wait on phone but they can't help you, can't process payment.

My email is answered many hours after I sent it. I got sick and tired of waiting on hold when I call them on the phone. I also would like to speak with a rep whose first language is English.

This pharmacy did not answer the phone. They put you on hold with unlimited amounts of talking and commercials. If you have to wait half an hour to talk to someone, PLEASE GIVE US LIGHT MUZAK AND NOT ENDLESS BABBLE THAT MEANS WE CANNOT WATCH TV OR READ AS WE WAIT. I got so sick and tired of this endless barrage of crap, I opted for the call back. I finally got the call back, but when their stupid computer called me back, it made me press 1 to say it was me, but it didn't recognize the number press. I pressed 1 no less than 50 times. I finally registered and did it online, but then even though I put in my doctors address, when I called back to check the status (because the stupid system didn't update and tell me the order took and was processing), they used my home address and not my doctors address. I get botox for migraines (I have brain surgery scars on my scalp that cause a lot of pain), and it HAS to go to the doctor's office. I
Tried to call back to update this, and with an rx in process, it was even HARDER to get through to the option to speak to someone. I've wasted over A FRIGGING HOUR ON THIS AND I AM FURIOUS. I HOPE TO NEVER HAVE TO USE THIS SYSTEM AGAIN! I am still waiting for another call back in the futile hopes it will let me press one this time. This place is terrible.

You can call. But it wont get you anywhere. I normall argue with pigon english for 5 mins before I ask for a supervisor and then argue with them. Cant seem to fill Rx when auto refill on or when you request

The email contact does not work. It is necessary to call. Expect to hold for at least 10-15 minutes before you can talk to a live person. Then they will put you on hold again for 10-15 minutes. Do not expect any empathy or concern

Nearly impossible, emails can be sent but when they do reply they don't answer the question or offer any help

People will answer the phone but are difficult to understand. And they cannot answer my question. I have asked for supervisors twice in my current 1:50 minute phone call but have not spoken to a supervisor yet.

Very hard, make at least and hour in your day to wait around

Not easy, there is an intricate phone menu and then the usual wait time is 30-60 minutes.
