I've bought several things to Italy from OtakuCharms... it's a quick delivery and the items fit me well! My favourite of course is my Dragon Ball 4 star chain, it was only 9 dollars (USD) maybe 10 euro and I wear it a lot!
I bought a jacket in May. I waited patiently for the tracking info for a week, then contacted them numerous times. I, since then, haven't gotten anything. Emails go unanswered, the phone line just clicks out, the "quick" chat line does nothing. Just go elsewhere. I lost my money and can't seem to get it back. They seem to be a scam company that just takes your cash and bounces or sends crap material. It ain't worth it.

This company does NOT reply to any emails ever. I ordered 2 items for my sons birthday that never arrived. I have sent NUMEROUS emails all gone unanswered. 1 week after I made order conveniently they changed to "new owners" then a few weeks later conveniently closed due to covid 19. Still no answers to emails. I have lodged a dispute with PayPal. Avoid this company if you dont want to be ripped off
Don't support this business that sells stolen art and unlicensed, cheaply made products and then sells them at retail price. You're getting ripped off for this and so are the original creators. If you really consider yourself a fans of these shows you wouldn't buy their products...
Top notch service from OtakuCharms and their customer service agent Charlie. I ordered a Dragon Ball Z' hoodie for my son and forgot the apartment number on my address! When the item was unable to be delivered they fully arranged redelivery at no extra cost and sorted it all out for me absolute 10 out of 10 experience. Ended up waiting a little longer, but my son love love loves it!
Tip for consumers:
Just be careful entering your delivery address I missed the box where you put in the apartment number !

Bought a bunch of anime themed stuff here, a Naruto bracelet, One Piece shirt and Attack on Titan Nendoroid toy. They came separately but all on time. I can only upload a pic of the bracelet. Would happily recommend them to an anime fan friend!
It took over a month and many unanswered emails to finally receive a tracking number. Another month has gone by along with many more unanswered emails and messages and I still have yet to receive my order. Save yourself and order from anywhere else.
Got myself an awesome Naruto ring and my sister a really nice hokage necklace! Delivery was quite long but no complaints about the item itself (they did come seperately though) about 2 days between each! I'd recommend OtakuCharms for sure. 5/5

Got a beautiful Slayer zip up jacket, quality is about a 9/10, delivery took about 14 days so 7/10 but the customer service agent helped me every step of the way

I ordered a ring for my little brother, it was by his birthday, shipping, unfortunately, was so slow and there were a lot of scratches on it and for THAT it's so expensive
