on 12/14/21Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
The Live Chat does not work. They do not publish a phone number. The only way to contact them is through their email form on their website. Once you submit your message you receive an email basically stating that they are busy and will respond when they can. I have yet to get a response. I sent another message through their website today and got the same automated response that they are busy and will respond when they can. I am not expecting to hear anything further.
Since they have buried/deleted the real reviews (read reviews before March 2022) with 3k+ reviews from "customers" who seem to only be reviewing their website in exchange for a coupon, I'll just let this small sample of comments the company has deleted from their social media speak to their customer service experience… buy at your own risk!
I completely agree. I sent three separate emails to customer service and not 1 response. The only reason I didn't return them is because they were presents. I will not buy from them again.
Sorry but they don't respond at all. I don't think they even have a customer service employee.
Impossible. Their website has a contact us link. When a message is sent via their website, a generic email confirmation is sent to the customer stating the message was received and an agent would respond soon. They never respond. No phone number is listed anywhere for customer service.
