For our baby's baptism we ordered much of the supplies from partypail.com and they have a great selection of party favors and toys. Better than the typical baby party favors that are not appropriate for a baptism.
I purchased 2 separate orders from this company for Christmas gifts. Hate to say Both were returned and I lost $70.00 in the process. I will never buy from them again and ask to be removed from their mailing list.

Good quality pajama set, however, it was so thin you can see through it, not good if you have kids. So we requested a return for our purchase of $89.99. They refunded me $70, and deducted $9.99 for shipping both ways. So I spent $20 on an item that I don't even own. Customer service was nasty and condescending, I will never do business again and neither should you.
It has been 14 days since I ordered and I have nothing but a big fat charge on my credit card. Their customer service is a joke. They want me to find the box. Every day they tell me it is coming. Don't order from them
Tip for consumers:
Don’t order from them

Never received anything but a change on my credit card
We have ordered items twice. Each time free stuff was offered. The web site is awkward when entering the promo code. Each time we ended up calling customer service and thought it was settled. No free stuff. We feel this is deliberate. Must say the pajamas are nice but don't expect to get the free stuff.
Like other reviews I have read, I paid $20 for December 23rd delivery. After checking the UPS delivery status online, It showed a December 27th delivery date. I called customer service where a supervisor guaranteed that the product would be deliver by December 23rd, and that the UPS web site was inaccurate. I ordered the product on December 17th, and as of December 27th, the package has not arrived. I tried to contact customer service. After waiting 15 minutes, you are forced to leave a message. I have left 2 messages, and no call back. This is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Buyer beware!
I purchased 2 pair of StarWar pajamas for a total cost of over $160.00 as a Christmas present. The quality was so poor that I returned the pjs using their "no hassle" return labor. My account has NEVER been credited. I first contacted them and they wanted a tracking number. With the "free" return, I didn't think of tracking. They then said they would credit my account within 10 to 14 days. That was 2 months ago. I've tried to contact them again and they don't respond.
I've ordered pjs from them before and was pleased. Now the quality is less than Wal-Mart. They left me with no pajamas and no return, costing me over $320.00. DO NOT fall for this scam!

I purchased some Pajamas for my girlfriend for Christmas strictly because the advertisement on Facebook stated there was still plenty of time to get them before Christmas... I called to find out where my order was and was told they will not arrive until the 29th of December... grrrrrrr not a happy customer. When I ask the guy that answered the phone why did their advertisement state it would be here before Christmas he just said "Well it was partially correct." duh... not good business.
Very disappointed to find that mens pajamas automatically come with pockets yet the womens don't! Had to return and reorder all mens. Shameful this is still happening!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t expect treatment to be the same for different genders! First time I called customer service, they refused to talk to me because my husband’s name was on the order. He lives away and sent them as a gift. Told me I’d need my husband’s PERMISSION to do anything with the order
I've ordered from this company about 9 to 11 times already. Never had a problem. The pajamas look just like the picture and the sizing was correct. I will continue to order from this site
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!
Can I do a 0 star review please? I do not normally come to Yelp for reviewing a company, but this is just ludacris... Do NOT shop at this company they WILL STEAL your money. So let me explain...
Pajamagram SUCKS! It one of the worst companies out there.
We made an order over the Christmas holiday and it didn't work out, so ended up having to returning the items... and received only about HALF of the money we spent. We have probably talked to a handful of their so called "dream team" crew, and not one of them could adjust or refund any of it. Not one cent!
They also got a couple calls from us and no one was there who could help, and said they would have a team member call us back... which they never did... we had to reach out to them every. Single. Time.
And It gets worse...
Not only do they charge for the return shipping (when they claim they stand by their products and customer's satisfaction 100%)... but they apply a secondary "discount" on the items being returned and claim it for themselves! It was about 30% worth of our order!
Taking our money, not standing by your own satisfaction guarantee, having terrible horrible customer service, and discounting the customer's bill on a RETURN! I've never heard of such a shady transaction from a shady company that claims themselves to be so "customer friendly" it is all lies. Thanks pajamagram... thanks a lot. For stealing our money and feeding us a line of BS, straight up lying about it. I hope this company gets shut down for this because what they are doing should be illegal. Straight up stealing money and calling it a "discount" I can't beleive they can do that!
Tip for consumers:
Added a "Discount" and applied it to the Return so they could pocket our money!!!!
