They seem to be getting better! It is still expensive but at least it shows up on time! They never keep me updated when fabrics change on items... like long sleeve shirts went from cotton to poly... with out any notice.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced! It took them days to get back to me and they just copied and pasted the same message each time. They said 4-6 weeks shipping... 9 weeks later, I got half of my order. Not all of the pieces were even there.

Tip for consumers:
Don't trust anything about shipping and just know that customer service will NOT help you at all.

The worst experience I have had buying online. Terrible quality, sizing completely out, cotton felt like cardboard. Requests for exchanges and then returns were an absolute nightmare and took months, with staff often replying rudely or not at all to my emails.
I am hesitant to ever write bad reviews but this was an awful experience that others should be aware to avoid
Their idea is fantastic, but they cannot follow up. I have got 9 designs made. 7 of them good and I liked. I take responsibility myself for the 2 not so good.
But since the launch of their new website nothing works. Colours strange, a lot of issues with the site that has still not been solved during the last month, no payout of the money they owe you, no reply on several e-mails, in total: not solving your problems despite I am paying a yearly fee. Why is it so difficult to make such a good idea a success? Really disappointing to see them post everyday on Instagram and Facebook but not taking the time to answer their customers, let alone fix all their IT and financial issues. I would have liked to use their site for future projects, but sadly I think I must look somewhere else.
Avoid at all costs. Would give zero stars if possible. I feel like I have been scammed. Over 2 months and still no sign of delivery. It's apparently in their warehouse since Feb 17th and no movement or response since. I just want my money back.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use it, it's a scam

The support team is wonderful. The managing team, I am disappointed in. I am an artist that has been working with Paom for several years. I am happy with the quality of what they make. I am UNHAPPY with the site for several reasons. I keep in stock one of each size of several of the dresses, tops, and shift dress. I also order the fabric by the yard. Each season I work on my up-coming line and slowly, as I can afford it stock my line, paying FULL RETAIL so that I can keep my site private and charge a bit more so that I can make a little on each piece. My last interaction with PAOM I found out that they are discontinuing almost ALL of my stock. That makes everything in my store obsolete. They also are discontinuing most of the fabrics by the yard. I pay every month for the VP membership and would have hopped they would let me knew this was coming. I am beyond disappointed and feel like this is a reflection of poor management and communication.
I ordered a linen shirt. The cut and fit were great. Nice attention to detail and decent sewing. Impressed! The printing on that material however is garbage. Muddy gross detail. I threw my order in the trash and obviously would suggest not using this service as there are no returns. The custom design feature on their website shows a vivid image that's clear. What I got was unrecognizable.
I also ordered pants that were made of very cheap polyester. Not great print either but otherwise acceptable. Maybe some of their products are ok but there is no warning about their website about linen looking blurry and gross.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order linen?

Decided to start designing my own clothes and was excited when I found their website. Started of great with very minimal issues. Their website is horrific and and drowning in bugs and glitches. If if you make a design just hope you made it 100% right because it'll be up there forever, you can'/t take it down. If you start a shop you can't take that down either. There's just so many things wrong with their whole company that i could write a book about it. Don't waste your time OR your money buying or designing from their website/, it/'s absolute trash.
Tip for consumers:
Run while you still can....
I had many designs on their site, worked with them for years, then they deleted my account without notice for asking about the payment structure. They also didn't honor their advertised 40% discount for one of my customers who ordered 13 items. They don't respond to my emails. They are a complete scam.
Ordered a backpack and after more than a month it hasn't arrived yet. When you send e-mails they say that they had problems, as a result of Irma hurricane and database changes. I absolutely DON'T recommend this website. I hope my backpack will arrive any day, but I think it won't. I feel $60 of mine have been robbed.
I had similar issues with P. A. O. M. as many other customers stated in earlier reviews. The customer service is non-existent, their estimate lead time is already long (yet, for some reason they still can't produce the product in time) and the product arrived completely different from what they had described. I had a bandana made that was supposed to be printed on both sides (stated in their description) but unfortunately it was printed on one. The material used for the bandana was of poor quality. This is upsetting because their rates are higher than most in the same field of production. Their terms and conditions state that if the product arrives not as described than we are obligated to return it. Yet, this custom product was a gift for a friend. Can't ask them to return it now can I?
Bottom line:
Avoid P. A. O. M.
Same as other reviewers, I was excited about doing stuff through them but their website is possibly the buggiest I have ever encountered. Looks good and modern and enticing but it literally behaves differently everytime you try and use it, empties your cart on its own, does not allow you to delete items you have designed though it says it does- its just full of glitches and yes have tried in multiple operating systems. Im running a high spec'd mac pro with latest operating system- just shocking and how their programmers still have jobs is beyond me
Terrible costumer service.
Contacted them 4 times following my order and no one ever answered.
I finally received my order (4 weeks later than expected).
The fabric used for the dress is not pretty at all. Looks like a potato sack.
Don't buy from them.
Absolute garbage! The whole process was a nightmare. They got my hopes up with they're nice website and design features but after than everything went to hell. After I convinced myself to drop fifty bones on a single custom hat I was a little excited and nervous. But immediately I knew I had f#$%ed up when I saw an email saying that the hat would not show up for a month. So a month rolls around no hat no email. After numerous emails back & forth with absolute no success of any kind. Literally every response I received was some lie or weak excuse for the delay. Then out of no ware (no tracking had ever been emailed to me) my hat shows up, my $50 hat. Really disappointing, they printed my design just fine. But, the actual hat itself was not canvas as advertised and was instead a very thin windbreaker material with an outrageously long bill. It's hideous really bad, I don't even want to save it as a joke to show friends. Seriously look for another company!
I ordered a yard of cotton/spandex fabric that was printed incorrectly. I don't know what I'm going to do with it, as it's basically useless to me to make anything with. It took them a while to respond to my email when it was supposed to be in delivery, which took a very long time in itself. The colors of the print were off, and bland. I was thinking of ordering again, but I'm not really willing to spend that much money for such bad quality :(. And, there's really no other place to order custom fabric.
I have been trying to ascertain from PAOM how an item with one of my designs on has been sold without any record of the sale or payment to me (I know someone who bought the item). I have enquired twice to the email address I was given and have as yet received no reply.
I am actually inclined to think that the whole company is shady and they are taking advantage of people. The one time I bought something myself, with my own design on it,(to test how it looked) the print quality was terrible.
I ordered a print of my own design on the Paom Site. It came looking all wrong. I brought it to their attention with photos, that this did not even look like the design. They were apologetic, offered to make it right, but after the design panel's review, they determined that they would not be able to successfully reproduce my design. Well, OK. They offered to give me a refund. This was over a month ago and I still have not received a refund. After countless emails asking for my refund, they no longer answer my emails. Please give me my refund you promised. What kind of customer service is this?
My order # was #******* and ticket to resolve the issue (never resolved) #******* (Evelyn) or #******* (Passed off to Sharon who never responded?)
I contacted PAOM over E-Mail but had an awful experience.
Someone called "Sharon" came back to me after almost 10 days. I asked multiple questions concerning the different plans they where offering as well as some general questions and also submitted a bug which was present present in the online designer. The first reply that I got 9 days later answered 0 questions but asked if I could submit a screenshot about the bug (because it seemed the only thing that they where interested in). I sent them what Sharon wanted and also told them that I was a bit disappointed about the fact that they could not even answer a single question and the only answer I got a couple of days after was: "Well print all over me is a special community and not for everyone -I hope you find what you are looking for".
I have never experienced such a bad customer service and can not recommend them for any business.
I originally placed an order on May 5th of 2017 for two items with a value of almost 500$ Canadian. After a month of not receiving my order or a tracking number, I contacted PAOM customer service. I was given bull$#*! excuse after bull$#*! excuse for almost another month until I was referred to someone else. She was as useless an full of BS as the previous person. I was told going into my third month of waiting that my refund was "under review". I was told that they were trying to figure out why my order never got filled or shipped and that I would have to wait for their conclusion to get a refund. Why is their broken business issue my problem to resolve? My thoughts are that they are stalling, shady and an incredibly irresponsible business. I would save your money and not bother with purchasing anything from them, in-spite of how many cool and unique items they have.
PAOM is illegally stealing, selling and profiting from my designs. I have not seen a single cent from sales from this company. I did not authorize for them to sell my designs on their site, profit or advertise on Google.
I placed an order for my sons birthday gift on 5/10. Never received an email confirmation, tracking or any type of verification of an order being placed. I found an email address for the company (no phone), and after three weeks contacted PAOM and let them know if didnt hear something in 24 hours I would be requesting a full refund through AMEX. Lo and behold the item arrived the next day, checking the tracking number it had been sent the same day I sent the email. BUT some how the address was wrong by one number? Is this what they mean on their website when they say not responsible for undeliverable packages? Buyer beware! Really shady!
As naive as I was, I ordered a shirt from Print All Over me on February 4th. The confirmation email said something about 2-3 weeks until I receive my order. When I still didn't get anything several weeks later I asked what was up and I was promised a replacement after PAOM couldn't find out where their own parcel was (despite promising that they'll send out a tracking number, they weren't able to find the number in their system?).
It's now been 3,5 months and I just demanded my money back on Wednesday. Again, they promised to try to find it but I'm seriously at the end with my patience. Thank god I paid with PayPal and can make a complaint there.
Hopefully, my money will be back soon.
This is the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping. Stay far far away from this shop and don't even think about making an order! No one there seems to know how to run this place.
Hi Vanessa,
You are completely right. The service you received was very unacceptable. I would like to ask for the chance to make this right by you. We have made several adjustments to our customer service team recently and are currently in the middle of revamping our site over the next 10 days to be more user friendly. I completely understand your frustrations in this matter. The way things were handled in your situation is exactly why we have made these changes to our team. We are also striving for improvement every day. Would you be willing to accept a free piece for all the trouble you have undergone? We truly care about our designer's experiences and want to provide the best service we can. Thank you for your time.
I am writing to see what is happening about my credit. I have not heard back from you at all about this issue and as stated numerous times I really would like to use this credit worth US$928 which I have never been able to use. The credit was earned legitimately and I have explained in great detail what happened along the way:
- I bought a huge amount off you and earned the credit
- You sent me a code which was half the value
- I pointed out this was wrong and you corrected your error
- I tried to use it but I kept getting error messages
- I contacted you communicating it doesn't work
- You told me it did work and so I waited for the order that would have been the end of everything
- But I never received anything and have been falsely accused ever since
I have received nothing
I repeat: I bought a huge amount off you and earned the credit. I can see from all the online reviews that you have done this before to many other designeres. It's disgraceful and downright criminal.
Tip for consumers:
Dont get sucked into spending money and getting robbed
This is a review as a creator.
The site is really bad and the way they offer to pay you for the sale of your designs is through shareasale which seems very shady as well, as all I can find about it are fake 5 star reviews and people complaining they don't get paid.
The 5 star reviews of paom and shareasale on sitejabber are fake as they are just saying the same thing over and over ( it started after someone pointed out that the amount of negative reviews should be a warning to people, then the fake reviews pushed that one to the second page)
Paom doesn't really give you a preview of how your design will realistically look on the product, and even on the product page the images appear blank which makes you seem like you made something wrong but no, they're just too lazy to actually bother rendering it
You also can't see how it looks on the back.
The support is incompetent and rude, and they will dodge any questions that they don't want to reply
They told me they are using shareasale for payouts now but they are "considering" doing it themselves, so i would shut up about it after i pointed out how much better teepublic is handling their creators.
The creating process is fantastic, i always wanted to be able to create sites like this, and that's the only reason why i'm giving a star at all
The concept of full shirt prints are fantastic and i wish more sites would adhere to this kind of idea.
The creator is a little clunky and poorly made, but i still liked to play with it and imagine how it would be for a better site to do something like this.
Will likely delete my account.
I was finally refunded the hideous overcharges of of $540 Canadian for two bags that only cost $88. I had to send many emails to get my money back. Scary experience.
Tip for consumers:
Do not order from these criminals Scammers
1.5 Months later - no updates. I write to them. 2 weeks later they reply. They do not have my name, they have an incorrect shipping address - wrong city, they do not have my name - but most importantly they have the wrong order. 4 items from their catalogue - I order 2 custom designs - they are an absolute mess. They have no idea. They couldnt organise a fried egg for breakfast. Do not touch it with a 10 ft pole. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED ONLINE. MAYBE ONE DAY I WILL RECIEVE THE ACTUAL PRODUCT I PAID FOR. I have tried to reset my password now 3 times so I can login and remove me CC details - regrettably this reset password email has not come through and I am continuing to be a charged for a service and product that was never delivered.
I am so upset with this company.
0 out 5 - absolutely NEVER RECOMMEND.
NEW RULES FOR THE INTERNET APPLY - EVEN IF THE WEBSITE LOOKS LEGITIMATE AND ORGANISED THE CHANCES ARE IT IS AN UNORGANISED IDIOT LOOKING FOR A QUICK BUCK OFF A TREND.
Hi Thunder,
I am so sorry to hear of this. Please allow me to the opportunity to see to it you receive your product first and foremost, and I would like to offer you a gift card for the price of any piece you would like to order. This is definitely not what we aim for at PAOM and have been making several adjustments to our overall customer service team and site to further prevent any issues like these. Again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience and you can feel free to reach me at erica@printallover.me of 478-237-2003. Thank you.
Every piece on PAOM is custom made. We print the fabric first and then cut and sew. We believe that by taking fashion slowly we can: a. Offer high quality items; b. Produce in an environmentally sustainable way; c. (and most importantly) offer our studio employees a living wage and health benefits.
Hi Trish,
Let me just begin by apologizing on behalf of our entire team here at PAOM for your very unpleasant experience. You should not have to wait months for any returns or exchanges... most less weeks. We have made several changes to our customer service team to prevent these issues from re-occurring. With that being said, I would be more than happy to assist you with anything you need. In the meantime, I would also like to offer you a free piece for your trouble. You can claim this gift anytime. Please feel free to email me at erica@printallover.me or give me a call at 478-237-2003. Thank you for your time.
