I bought a used older version Parkit 360. The online chat staff have been excellent at providing advice and connecting me to the parts I need to replace/update some missing features. Responses have been prompt, polite and accurate. Considering I didn't even buy the device from them I was very impressed and thankful for the help I received
All I can say is this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have called, sent emails for over 6 months with no response. I left urgent marked voice messages and still no call back. I call the tech support and no one has ever answered. I have had my Force 10K for 8 months and have not been able to use it properly yet. The collar will not tighten. The ball screws down all the way while trying to tighten it. It has been that way since I bought it. I've watched the videos numerous times and I know I am following the directions to the T. I tried moving my trailer when I first received the unit and it was a scary thing. I ended up bending the lip of my trailer side of the hitch. I had to take it to a welding ship to have it repaired. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! You can send me a text on Facebook if you have any questions.
I bought a Force 5K in 2017. It has worked well for moving (very short distance) and parking an open race car trailer in a suburban driveway. Using this has saved the high cost of storage fees.
Recently I noticed the chain to the drive motor looked askew. Turning the unit upside down upon closer inspection I discovered one of the anchoring screws was gone. Apparently it had worked itself loose and fallen out. I emailed the company to describe the problem. I asked that a replacement screw be sent. Their response was they would look around to see if they had any extras in the shop. They later replied the unit was out of warranty and postage to send the screw to the USA would cost $15. They told me I should go find it locally.
I was very unhappy to receive this treatment as a customer. First off, nobody ever said "Sorry this happened". They were quick to point out it was out of warranty. On top of that they made a point to say it would cost $15 to ship the part to me. Like spending $15 to fix a problem would break the business. Their description of a replacement was wrong. I had to drop everything to track down and purchase the correct hardware. Turns out it was available on eBay through a reputable US based hardware company. 10 screws were less than $5 delivered.
My conclusions: If they cared about me and something so serious as this issue they would have sent the needed hardware. If they had any ability to think out of the box they would have ordered the hardware on eBay to resolve the problem. Be advised... under normal use the drive motor anchoring hardware works loose and falls out. Parkit360 has terrible customer service.
