How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at PartSelect?

I called to place my order and they answered within a couple minutes. I called to let them know how pleased I was with my order when it arrived today and again they answered within a couple minutes.

Real easy just pick up the phone and call they will answer fairly quickly and are the friendliest people to help. And they know what they are talking about.

Being a repeat customer many times over I have not to date had a reason to contact customer service.

You can not. They have no customer service to speak of. They never answer phone or reply to emails. I bought a part. They sent the wrong part now I am stuck with it

Impossible - their recorded auto answering system claims to have an option to speak with someone live but when you select that option the next message you hear is "that option is not recognized".
