How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at partselect?

Answer:

I called to place my order and they answered within a couple minutes. I called to let them know how pleased I was with my order when it arrived today and again they answered within a couple minutes.

I haver an old ge fridge, model tbg22paxkrww and it stays cold, so do i need to change the thermostat

Answer:

Hello Hassan, Thank you for contacting us. Based on your model number and our symptom list, the defrost thermostat is the most likely cause. You can test the part with a multi-meter to see if it is functioning properly.

Question:

On a recent internet order a shipping charge was added on my order but when i received my credit card bill the shipping was not charged to my credit card. the merchandise cost was $32.04 and shipping listed as $6.15 for a total of $38.19 but i was only charged $32.04. will i be billed separately for the shipping?

Answer:

I cannot answer for the company however, as a banker, I see charges come through clients accounts with similar errors and rarely is a small amount like that ever noticed by the company. I doubt they even noticed.
