The patriot depot has the best customer service imaginable! I had a slight issue with my order and they went above and beyond to make it more than right! Friendly courteous and generous! So refreshing in todays society. Thank you so much!

Ordered 2 tshirts, flag and garden item on 3/3/23.
3/14/23 only received tshirts. Tshirt company used is not good. Screening is faded and one shirt actually has spots on it. Emails take days for a response. Was told I would have missing products replaced and haven't heard if this is actually happening or not. Sent emails again asking what's going and would just like a refund to end this. I initially wanted to order the same flag on Amazon but wanted to support a business. Unfortunately should have trusted my gut as I've been dealing with this now for weeks.

Ordered a flag from them, got charged for it. Never got an email saying flag got shipped out. Waited 25 days, Sent an email to the company. Been 7 days since that email with no response.
Called the number on the website. No rings, straight to a voicemail that was (surprise) full. Can't leave a message

This is the message they sent when I ordered
"Thank you for your order! -- Our standard shipping lead time is (M-F) 7-10 "business days." As we are a small conservative company (and not a "woke" corporation) we sometimes need the additional time to get your orders shipped out. --- Generally, we are ahead of that lead time."

I'll take a "woke" company that doesn't steal my money over this

I ordered my Gnome in July and just received it because they have been on back order. First of all, I received several emails during the wait letting me know what was going on and giving me the opportunity to cancel. I'm glad I didn't. When I opened it yesterday, it brought a big smile to my husband's face. He sits proudly on a table on our patio making our garden great again. Great product and great company.

I'm a supporter of patriot businesses. Especially with amazing coffee! However, I'm NEVER shopping with Patriot Depot again! Their customer service is ZERO! I ordered my coffee 3 weeks ago! I've contacted them several times with ZERO responses back! Not only is that stealing my money, but just plain wrong!

I've ordered more than a dozen t-shirts this past year, and it always comes down to not ever being able to get a hold of anyone at Patriot Depot customer service. Email and msgs. Left are never returned. All I needed was a sales receipt on my latest purchase that their site never sent me. Still waiting. You'd think if any website were to show their customers courtesy it would be one named Patriot Depot. Disappointed.

Found a hat for husband, and beautiful Eagle puzzles for us to assemble. What a nice selection of gift ideas that you don't see everywhere... why not take a "shopping look" to find that one thing that is for "you know who"! The puzzles are outstanding!

Good products and lot's of them. I'll buy again. I like the quotes and sayings. The website is super patriotic and shows much love to the great US of A. Try to visit them and see if they have something for you, your family, and or friends.

We had ordered a Mantle Gun Clock but when it came, the clock would not keep time. I called Patriot Depot and they replaced the clock, we got it quickly and this one, so far, is keeping the correct time. We really like to clock, it looks great on our mantle.

This cute fella is a birthday gift from my husband, and is colorful, and appropriate since I'm a hunter, too. I love gnomes, and he sits on my work table! Not too big, and big enough to enjoy. Also, I have the bumper stickers to enjoy on my van: All in favor of gun control, raise your right arm, w/Hitler showing us how! Americans need to stay vigilant to those vowing to take our guns, take away our 2nd Amendment RIGHT, and try to subjugate us to their selfish, narcissistic, evil, power-hungry ways! NEVER! So, I am enjoying these stickers, too!

Ordered an item on Thursday morning and paid $$$ for 2-day expedited shipping for a Father's Day gift. I tracked the item once it was shipped. The tracking site said delivery the following Tuesday by 8:00 p.m.! I did not receive the item in 2 days as I paid for. I emailed when day 2 passed and called the following Monday and left a voicemail. I have not heard a reply from either correspondence. The item did arrive Monday evening. I recommend steering clear of this bunch!

I ordered 3 sets of Trump sunshades The ship date was suppose to be 28 June and was suppose to get an email to track it. When i emailed them, I was told ship date was the 15 July. They would not give me a reason for delay but they did not hesitate to bill my credit card on the date i placed my order which was the 23 June. After a few emails of back and forth, and a call to customer service which was another company, and not getting satisfaction from their customer service, I cancelled my order. They did refund the credit card full amount There is no reason to bill a person 3 weeks before shipping. They are using your money to buy product or supplies.

The pitch claims that the book was signed by the 2 authors. NOT. What was signed was a sticker that was placed on one of the pages. Nothing explained that and IMHO that is misleading at the very least.

I ordered the 30mm shot glass, paid for the order in full and a week later was advised that it was back ordered. Should have been told up front they were back ordered and not charged until the order was shipped.

This is one of the best pins I have n my collection. Very nice and very well made pin. Looks great on my NRA jacket too. Anybody who wants a pin I will tell them about your site.

The items arrived much sooner than I expected, and they are just great. My husband and son both liked them. Will definitely order from here again if I see something I like.

The packing of the items I order was very to allow the item received in very good shape. The items were 1st rate and well worth the money. I ordered 4 signs and one coffee cup.

Loved the sayings, candy not so much, too few candies and not very good tasting. I was hoping for better product.

Great conservative apparel. Prices are a bit high so wait for a sale. Over the last few years I have ordered several shirts and the quality is good.

Ordered item on for Christmas on December 17th and paid for 2-day shipping. Today is the 22nd and the item has not even been picked up by the USPS yet.

I love the bible even though it's in old English. Just wish the print was bigger. Not good for the over 40 crowd.
