It is ridiculous to blame these problems on the holidays when the system is run on a computer which does not celebrate Christmas. Reading the replies is a good example of how badly this company is run and how they blame their bad system on anything other than their mismanagement. My account is currently locked and I cannot get into it. I know that I entered the correct details. I had this happen before and that time I knew the details so this time I made a note of the details but the system refused to accept my details and allow me access to my account. That was over a week ago and they still have not provided me with any solution. I know they will but it is not a good idea to rely on a company that is so unreliable.
