will this work if I buy a subscription and then use it to send documents to customers to sign? Do they have to be one of my 5 persons?

How do I copy, paste and/or duplicate forms I've filled to be overwritten later. Only options are delete, add, rearrange, rotate, duplicate (blanks)
The pdf filler renewal I just paid for does not have a gear for copy, paste and clear edits. Only options are add, delete, duplicate (blank).
