I bought bed from pepperfry, which took 6 days for installation upon follow up of 100 times. They unpacked and left everything on the floor which occupied the entire room. Finally they could afford to arrange the carpenter at the cost of 100 folloups and calls. Then comes the actual issue. The mattreaa was not fitting the bed, so the issue started again. Did multiple follow ups and uploaded images but they wanted to arrange a carpenter for evidence. Which didn't happen yet. Still doing the followup. Also requested if they could replace instead of return. So guys think twice before you choose pepperfry. It was really a bad experience with my first purchase only. It is better to go to local store and get whatever we need. Better to opt Amazon which will have hassle free returns.
Ordered blackout curtains which werent blackout at all. Ordered a bed which they promised was refundable in 48 hours and when we asked to cancel the order they said they charge 2.5% cancellation charge + the amount in the original source would be after 2 weeks.

Ordered sets of sofa cover and protectors to protect our 'pure leather sofa' that is now wearing out. But found that the product was useless for leather sofa and keeps sliding down the sofa so i initiated return within stipulated period if 7 days. Shockingly pepperfry rejected the return on account of very silly t &c without caring to engage me in and without explanation. They dont even care. I wrote to cust sevice 3 times, they sent same copy paste reply without explanation and just directing me to FAq. Very pathetic and useless service. No photos to add as the product isnt suitable so they find no reason to accept the return.

I have brought 3 fancy lights hanging from PEPPERFRY and they have delivered only 2. When asked they say they have proofs that 3 were packed. So frustrating. Have sent many mails along with pictures and videos of the unboxing the package and had plenty of conversations with the team. Apart from a sad annoying "SORRY" they have nothing else to say or do. Never thought a well-established company to have such bad service. Keep up the good work. Soon you'll lose the market.
Recently I purchased jhula (swing bench) from Pepperfry, Neeladri Road, E City, Bangalore. While purchasing, surprised to see that we need to put our login credential on their device for making payments. This is too riskly.
Anyways, my point is different.
1. With in one month, found big crack at Jhula bench. When approached them, they refused replacement saying no warranty on this product.
2. Accessories for fitment of Jhula were not matching with Jhula. Pepperfry refused to do installation as it was self-assemble category. I had to call carpenter and do it my doing few carpentry work
3. Few products at pepperfry are not under threir own brand. They have tie-up with few local substandard brand and unfortunately my product fall into tie-up local brand. In such case, you are gone. I don't know what criteria they follow to select such third party?

It has been more than 15-20 days now I have complained to pepperfry about the inferior quality of sofa received.sofa does not the required amount of cushion filed in it and the wooden structure in the sofa is easily felt to body when resting on it.this sofa is not of the required standard quality.i have already complaint about this yo company multiple times now along with the photo & video.but company service representative is not moving ahead with the solution point of view but just kept asking for phota and video always. The issue is stuck here only and no movement ahead.i am being looted by pepperfry with approx 15k substandard sofa received. I want refund and do not want to buy any product from pepperfry again and will not recommend anyone to pepperfry in future.

One of the worst online furniture shopping platform. They are frauds and force you into buying poor standard products at high prices. Ordered a product and it came with scratches which was promised to be fixed but they are too reluctant to take any step and always come up with nonsense excuses. They simply don't care. My suggestion for others would be to not buy anything from Pepperfry if you don't want to go through unnecessary harassment.

I got a trundle bed from pepperfry last month and it broke with pressure of 5 year old due to its poor quality. I was given bed with cardboard which could not hold a 35 kg weight. They said its covered under warranty but uts a LIE. They dont even help to get the issue fixed. Bunch of crooks and cheats. Please go with Amazon or Flipkart. Stay away from these fraud people.

Their app, product, behaviour of executives, returns, policies etc everything is fraud. This is a place of frauds. Better to go for other websites.
They do not accept returns and I was stuck with curtains despite writing hundreds of emails showing pictures of color difference.

Ordered an office chair worth rupees 5500/- from pepperfry.com. It has a warranty of 1 year. Chair's back broke after use of 1.5 months with me using it with a weight of 55 Kgs (light weight). I tried to contact pepperfry's customer support but they do not attends call directly and push us for call back request. And off course, they never call back, they don; t reply to emails as well. WORST services.
I bought Oscar TV shelf and paid extra 199 for "assembly charges" which I, in absence of any disclaimer, obviously thought installation included. However they sent carpenter to nail together the shelf item( which should anyway have been done at their factory but they saved carton size!)
Now they have refused to do anything about installation and I have to find a carpenter to do this job and pay him as well
This is fraud. They should learn from Ikea who when they charge assembly fees always include installation automatically.
Pepperfry seems to be this fancy website/app & but it gives the false sense of being customer friendly & lot of discounts. Discounts are added as pepperfry points out of which most cannot be used. The delivery date is only for delivering the product which is not assembled yet. We bought 3 products from pepperfry & there were some pieces of it missing everytime we ordered. Then it takes a lot of time for them to bring back those missing pieces & call a carpenter again. I got frustrated with the entire process. They took back a delivered TV stand because of missing pieces & told that item is unavailable. We had to buy another one somewhere else last minute because of this delay. Those pepperfry points are an illusion! They really have to work on serving the customers better. I lost interest in buying from them ever again. I used to be a big fan of their app & designs but it's not worth all this hassle. Never going back to them again.

Pepperfry gives false, wrong n misleading information on their site at the time of purchase and only after your hard earned money is gone n you receive delivery of the faulty half product you will understand u are cheated, then they will keep harassing you with same autogenerated messages that they will need more time to solve your problem. Theres no specific time frame also they will give because they have already got the money so why will they bother if you are suffering. Their motive is to earn profit only let the customer gets harrassed we will not cooperate. They will also delete your complaints from their page of they don't like it after two three days so that others can't see and keep purchasing.
They send storage beds without base and expect you to store on the floor where as on site there's nothing mentioned n pics are with base only no where u can see u need to store on the floor.
