I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service experience I recently had with your company and would like to bring to your attention the issue encountered. I received my order#4750 yesterday(12/19) and there was 1 bracelet missing I ordered two and paid for two. Right away I emailed the yahoo address provided and no answer. So again I send another email in Spanish and again no response. As a client using your services for the first time this is horrible and unacceptable. I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Since I haven't gotten any type of response from this company. I will reach out to my bank for a refund on the missing bracelet and refuse to give this company nothing but a one star. Actually you should get a "0" star. Your company needs to be more professional and provide great customer service to Clients. If I would have gotten some type of acknowledgment I would not be writing this review.

Received an alpaca throw from a friend who visited Peru. It is our favorite. My wife said she wanted one also. Actually I was using hers. Ordered one from Peruvian Accent. Very pleased. Great product. Fair price. Prompt service.

Great quality product! Extremely reasonably priced with exceptional and ahead of time delivery. Ordered this item as a last minute gift, to my surprise this item arrived secure packaged only 2 days after my order that was placed after normal business hours.

First of all, let me say that Johan was very accommodating and his customer service is superb! I purchased 3 alpaca pillows and an alpaca rug for my guest bathroom, all have a luxurious look and feel.The pillows have the alpaca on both sides and look just like pictured on their website. As for the alpaca rug in the guest bathroom, Johan worked within my specifications to ensure that the rug would move with ease under my bath door. By suggesting a somewhat shorter hair, the rug fits and looks perfect! All in all, it has been a wonderful experience and I am enjoying all of the beautiful products that I purchased from Peruvian Accent. As an added bonus, the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you receive. Do not hesitate to purchase from this company, you will not be disappointed!

I bought two beautiful sweaters and two gorgeous ponchos for my puppy from this seller and they are all perfect for her! She is the cutest wearing them! This seller was so helpful recommending the right size for her. I could not be happier with my purchases!

Their beanie made of Alpaca with baby Alpaca Pom is truly amazing and everything that was said about it was true! It will s a luxurious item that I bought for myself. Their customer service is great. I love my new mask! It is very pretty, but also fits extremely well and works great. The cut goes up on my nose, which works great with my glasses, and it is very thick, so protects well, but is very soft at the same time!

Everything was fine. It fit fine. It was delivered in a timely manner. I could not tell the thickness of the sweater from the pictures and I should have asked before I bought it. It is thin material and does not keep my dog warm in the cold outside weather like I was expecting it to. I was expecting a thicker sweater meant for cold weather. My mistake for not asking before buying.

Not only are these soft, furry alpacas darling but well-made. I'd planned on gifting them but am SO impressed that I may have to get more to give and even keep one. Not only are they a wonderful product but they have arrived MUCH quicker than I would have guessed they would with all that's going on in the world.

I met Mr Mejia at a festival. His products are made from baby alpaca fur The alpacas are raised by his family on a large farm in Peru. I bought a hat with a fuzzy ball on top & fingerless gloves. So impessed with soft texture & quality. I went home, checked out the website ordered an adorable dog sweater, fuzzy balls & a blanket for my bed. The queen sz blanket fit my bed perfectly. It's beautifully made & keeps us warm on very cold nights.

I was headed out the door without buying a bunch of stuff I really didn't need when I saw the most attractive ruanna on a manikin I made the mistake of touching it and I was lost. That was the softest thing I have ever seen. Johan Mejia was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I also found a great hat to go with it. I had planned to take these to Hungary on my oncoming river cruise. Sadly, my vacation was canceled due to Corona virus, but there is always next year. I will pray for cold weather so I get to wear them both a lot.

Despite that I did not have the best experience I am still giving 5 stars. I ordered a sweater for my doggie but I received a poncho instead. I emailed the owner right away and he was quick to respond. He apologized for the mix up and wanted me to return the poncho. Even though he would have paid to have the poncho returned, I decided to keep it. It is actually very nice, so soft and colorful. My doggie really likes it and so do I.

The poncho arrived quickly. It's a little too big for my 10lb. Dog and the colors are a little different than I expected. It's a soft knit and looks pretty on my dog. She's received many compliments on it.

I absolutely love these little sweaters - they are beautifully made and the attention to detail is wonderful. They look good and the quality is good. I definately am a fan of your product.My little Lacie and Petey Punkin like them too and they look so cute.

I couldn't believe how quickly the sweater came. Then when I opened it, I couldn't believe how adorable it was. The quality is amazing. It's just beautiful. I have never seen a cuter doggie sweater ever!
