I had ordered my dog the sernesto collar on March 22 and put it on her. We have found many fleas on her. This is the second collar we have had and never had a problem with the first one. We noticed that she has been scratching a lot here lately so we started checking her and noticed them. She is a black $#*! a poo so they are very difficult to see. Please help.
