on 4/17/20There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at PetFlow. Just $#*!y reps that don't care at all
I called and person said was fixing my messed up order, but hung up on me while I tried to confirm what sending. Then when called back during business hours no answer 3x. I left messages to call me back, nothing. I then got my " fixed order " which only included one of the two items ordered.
In short customer service awful. It wasn't in the past but now is.
Not sure why you couldn't reach customer service. I've called them twice and both times talked to a real person who solved my issues and answered my questions quickly. Very easy to reach
