How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Pink Lily?

Why is everyone over exaggerating their customer service? They are rude, offensive and arrogant, every single time I have needed help.

Very easy. Their is a chat. Go to the menu and hot contact us and someone will help you!

Super easy! I emailed them and had a response within a few hours after I think it only took that long because of the time difference! The second time I responded they replied within 30 minutes!

Just emailed from my confirmation email and had a response within 24 hours that resolved my issue. And this was during Black Friday.
