Hi. I would like to return a pair of shoes that don't fit and of poor quality. What is the return address? Is it the same as sender on package?

They will provide you with a return address in an email. You will have to pay return shipping and return the item in the original package. You will not get a full refund, if anything. You would be better off throwing the item away and take the loss. This is a terrible company!

You will not be able to return. They only accept returns if damaged, or they sent wrong product.
