Not at all. Only email and won't provide assistance. You will be out of what you paid if there is a problem with what you received

Getting in touch with Pixie Closet customer service is very easy. They are very responsive. However, if you are trying to get a refund, forget it. They will nickle and dime you to death and you will lose. Email them at support@pixiecloset.com
