Great quick friendly service! Our tech new what he was doing... explained the system very well! We have had no problems of any kind with our new service! We are now learning our guide and how to find our favorite shows!
Very pleasant experience with staff &technician. I really like that they send you the technician's photo in advance. The technician had no issues with the possibility of going in the crawl space. Explained everything he was doing.

I ordered dishtv on 05/17/18, and was scheduled for installation on 05/18/18. Received a call from someone & I was asked if OK to schedule for next day (5/19) between 8-12. Guess what? Kept receiving texts all day, pushing back installation until I received another call, rescheduling me for Mon (5/21) between 8-12. I received a call at a 7:40 this AM to reschedule me for 12-2. I could not be there at that time, so as of this moment, I still have NO service. I am really pissed off! Thank goodness I did not internet, too. I had to pay 49.99 for their 'service' & will blast them from here on out. Wish to heavens I had gone with Direct TV. Never again!
I didn't know that they were supposed to charge me $49.00 for whatever the reason because actual Dish doesn't. I called them and they said they would refund the $49.99. Ha I seriously doubt that I'll ever see that money and I would've recommend them to anyone. Stay the Hell Away from them because they're Liars

I like dish. Installation person tried selling me a power surge strip told him no cause already had one hooked up told me my strip wasn't a power strip but it is charged my credit card for 30$ he made a mess didn't clean up lied to me 4 times very rude person i I'm old and disabled and feel he tried to take a advantage of me
$100 dollar gift card not received that was a decision in choosing dish as my provider I suspect this was a come on bait and switch so to speak as of today I have not received any gift card when my contract expires I will be going back to xfinity when they promise a award they deliver no questions asked Thankyou for listening

I purchased what I thought was a bundle which included Dish TV and Frontier internet as was advertised. It seems no one from Dish or Frontier knows anything about it. Looks Iike I will be the loser in this deal as Frontier refuses to give me a discount that was advertised. Disappointed!
No one told me I had to have internet to enjoy all the perks of dish. I was asked if I had internet when I called and I said no. Internet would cost me another 60 a month which makes direct way cheaper than you, I am very disappointed and will go back to direct when2 years r up and am telling all my friends
Call and talk to the rep. They really do listen and help you. You don't know untill you try. I told my daughter and she is going to call. My friend said that they like the internet speed. That it's a lot better.
Overall my service was wonderful my technicians were very informative and helpful and saved me so much time and information they went over and Beyond to make sure we know exactly how to run our equipment my husband is handicapped so the TV is very important to him thank you again for the wonderful service
He came right after the snow let up and we live way back from the road. That didnt stop him, he walked in on foot till my husband came home. Walked back and forth never complained or said anything, whereas the HughesNet guy wouldnt even try to come back and it really wasnt an issue for the dish guy, he just worried about getting stuck but my husband snow blowed for him. The guy even shoveled a little in front of our home by the front door! Thank you to Dish for awesome service and the first to actually come back to our home were others fear to tread.
I THOUGHT I was talking to DISH not Planet dish. I would never have placed an order had I known you people create a website identical to the Dish one and scam people. I had to pay $40 for your little scam and I am not pleased. I will inform all public and personal people about how you scam people for a piece of the action from a reputable company. You awful.
Installer arrived early, Set everything up and was gone in less then an hour. Awesome young man who knew what he was doing. H e is welcome at my Mom's house any time!
It took about 90min on the phone to sign up, but everything else went smoothly. Installation was the following morning and was done very professionally. Thank you!
The Dish tech came out the VERY NEXT DAY to install after the day I ordered service. He was on time! He did a very clean, neat, FAST job! He showed me how to use everything in an understandable, knowledgeable fashion! TOTALLY on board with DISH!
The technician really wasn't trying to install bc we didn't have all flat screen TVs. So he acted as if he couldn't do it. But I talked to him from work, and let's just say he got er done
Installation of TV service was careful, professional, when promised, and patient with my questions. Telephone sales person and internet advertisement overpromised on time for installation of internet (promise: next day service; reality: next week service); also claim of "6 recordings on hopper" was misleading. Truth: there are three recording devices; you can only record more programs in you record all current local stations for 8 days in which case there ARE two left - one if you're watching something else. DON'T OVERPROMISE OR MISLEAD CUSTOMERS!
From the order on the phone to the technician was all very professional. The technician knew exactly what he was doing and had no problems whatsoever.
I recently switched from Suddenlink to Dish and I couldnt be happier with my decision to do so. I had been a Suddenlink customer for years and time and time again my Suddenlink bill was raised. I was paying for an internet speed that I wasnt even receiveing and prior to that many of the channels my family and I enjoyed were removed from their lineup. Despite all of this my bill continued to increase and their customer service was always exceptionally poor. The very first call my husband and I placed to get Dish the agent we spoke with was very helpful and had excellent customer service skills. He assisted us in getting a plan that was fitting for our families needs and affordable with a price guarantee for 2yrs. The installation technician exhibited the same excellent customer service and superb professionalism . He connected all of our TVs and answered all of my questions. Dish has also sent me several emails that have been very helpful and appreciated. Dish emailed me to let me know when to better expect the installation technician, a helpful link to frequently asked questions about dish and how to operate certain functions with Dish, and requested customer feedback etc. I have only had Dish connected for a one day but thats all it took to form my opinion on Dish Network. I am extremely satisfied with Dish and wish I had switched sooner. If the exceptional customer service and professionalism that they have exhibited so far is an indication of what to expect Im sure Ill be a Dish customer for years to come. Im glad to finally be a valued customer!
My installer was very efficient and friendly. He did a wonderful job, and our service is great! We are so happy with dish!
