Who do I contact since my money was debited from my account for a pair of ugg boots that I purchased on poshmark and when I email the seller, she will not respond?

It took a long time, but today Poshmark said they refunded the entire purchase amount plus shipping because the booties I ordered were misrepresented. It took About a month and a half. Two times they offered me small credits toward another Poshmark purchase.
I filed a very well documented (12 pages of emails, screen shots of the ad and screen shots of dialogue between me and the seller, Kimology) fraud claim with my credit card company, and I emailed Poshmark's customer service to advise them. Two days later they told me they were refunding my money. We'll see if that happens.
Poshmark's customer service is terrible, but persistence paid off. Best of luck to you!

Depends on what's going on-

If your purchase has not shipped and the seller is not communicating with you, then you can cancel the order. You can go into "My Purchases" and cancel from there. Poshmark will automatically cancel the order if it does not ship in 21 days. After the order is cancelled, you funds will be transferred back to your account. I had two transactions that were cancelled (on the seller's side) and my funds were transferred back to me immediately.

If it has shipped and not arrived, then I would check the tracking number and try to work with USPS in finding your package. If your package is truly lost via USPS, I would contact customer service at support@poshmark.com. Your package is insured and Poshmark will work with you to return your funds.

Once your package is delivered, you have 3 days to verify and accept the item you ordered. Poshmark does not accept returns unless the item is not as described. When you click on that item in "My Purchases" you can submit pictures and file a claim if you feel the item is not as it was described in the listing. After 3 days, the funds will be transferred to the seller and it will be difficult to file a claim at that point.

Hope this helps. You can always contact customer service at support@poshmark.com. Good luck!

Sorry for delayed response. I hope you were able to sort this out. Some have revving fed that you not accept the order BUT keep in mind that if you don't accept it and don't notify PM they will automatically release the funds after four days. You must immediately contact CS by email. Email them constantly until they reply. I've been lucky in that they've responded to me quickly. It's frustrating not being able to speak to someone and that is one of the reasons that I prefer to shop and sell on Tradesy. Excellent CS with an actual phone number!

Do not accept the order and contact Posh! The thing that really sucks about their customer service is there is no real person you can talk to about a problem. And it takes it forever to resolve an issue. The customer service is bad and I feel they do what they want. Good luck!

You can go in & cancel the order. I had to do that once but they kept My S&H that I paid for & only refunded Me the item, not the shipping, & it wasn't even My fault that the seller never sent the item. Poshmark Customer Service is horrible, to say the least! Good luck!

You need to contact Posh support at support@poshmark.com. If you have to, email them every day until you get a response. When you log into your account you will find your orders. Click on that specific order and it will give you the option to accept it or file a complaint with that specific order. Good luck :)
