I've been waiting 4 months for my shipment, and they just ignore all my emails etc. how do we get to communicate with there top management? Their service is pathetic, are they just a front stealing people's money? Or is there service just rotten? How do we get to the bottom of this situation, consumers hands are tied, and we rely on their honesty to deliver, while they take our hard earned money. We rely on there support emails, but no support is provided, as we work on their terms only (email and send product when they want to react), no consumer rights whatsoever. If the Owner or representative is reading this, we are your customers, treat us right, and we'll support you, and represent your product if it's lives up to it's potential, create brand ambassadors, it's that simple.
Ordered from their website which has no physical address, no email except within their site (= no have no copy), will not answer the phone for consumer support, only for orders...
