I'm really not sure why more women don't opt for pre-owned wedding dresses but they should. I just don't think it makes much sense to spend insane amounts of money on a dress that you'll wear once. I'd much rather put that money towards to my honeymoon;)
Definitely suggest checking this out if you're in the market for a wedding dress. You can find a Vera Wang gown for less than a thousand dollars which is pretty dang amazing.
About a year after my wedding I finally had my dress cleaned and was looking into having it preserved. Then, in a moment of clarity, I decided that I would absolutely never have any need for this dress again and I had a million pictures of it so it seemed a bit silly to hold onto.
