Prep Sportswear

Since our team isn't local, we can't buy any kind of fan gear in our area. Finding Prep Sportswear online has been a game changer for us. I order almost all of our collegiate football apparel from them and do not have any complaints!

My previous experience was.a.good one product came on time I seen other reviews saying that it took a while for there order to arrive but I can say that was not the issue for me thanks prep sportswear,will be ordering more in the future

Vast selection… Picked a design and changed my mind. Cancellation was simple and easy. Refund showed up almost instantly without delay. I then reordered the design I liked better. Thank You Prep Sportswear.

The website asked for a name on this order. The "name" personalized the shirt we were buying. My son, as a HS Senior will not wear a personalized school shirt. Unbeknownst to me at the time but figured out later, the site didn't give a choice for that particular shirt to be bought without a personalization and it's not fair. I want to return it but it may be too late as his name's on it now. What a waste of $$.

I wear a mens medium t-shirt,but since the shirt was Fruit of the loom, I ordered a large. Washed it the day we got it per the instructions. It shrunk to where it would not fit me. My wife's t-shirt also shrunk and would not fit her, so she ended up with mine. I will try again at some point. Maybe a hat next time?
Delivery was great and imprint was very nice.

There was a bit of a wait after the order was placed, but it was worth it. I ordered two shirts from Prep Sportswear for my five-year-old, and both shirts came out perfectly.
If you need a custom shirt made, in a timely matter, this company is great to order from.

I am pleased with the hoodies. Took a long time to process and ship though. Over 2 weeks. I realize they make every one of them to order but I didn't have any special stuff put on. All in all 4/5 stars.

It was all automated. Didn't give me any information that I didn't already know.

The custom shirt is fine but shipping took a very very long time and there is no way to get in contact with an actual human being to determine status. I was starting to think yours was a scam site and I was planning to file a credit card claim. Why not have a phone number or email address at a minimum to offer some customer support? The chatbot is very limited and does not suggest Prep cares about its customers.

No phone number. No email address. Chatbot is bare minimum so no way to check on my actual order timeline other than general production schedules...

I ordered 3 men's medium printed t-shirts. The sizing on the shirts is small, so order at least a size larger than you might normally wear (I normally wear a women's medium). The print on one of the shirts is crooked and got worse once the shirt was washed the first time. The other two are wearable but tighter than I would have expected.

I have ordered several times over several years. Always top notch Quality and I get compliments from other parents. For the glitter designs the pictures on the site do not do justice! So much prettier and bolder in person.

The site is easy to navigate. I was able to find our school easy. The options are endless. Great quality items from matching tops and bottoms, t-shirts to caps. They have it all and always a good, low price. I'm happy to have found a site that I can buy all my sports apparel from.

I did finally receive my order. I would say that you guys need to work on communication better and customer service. I order this is the very beginning of August and just got it. I never once got an email from you guys or a tracking number and it was extremely hard trying to figure out where to look and how to find my order which never happened! I am thankful for finally getting it and great quality!

No one could help me because I didn’t have an order number. Again as I stated before you should be emailing people and contacting them!

It was very easy and efficient! I appreciated the quick shipping! Would definitely order from here again. My only complaint is the smaller than I expected number on the back so the sweatshirt looks alittle off but it works! It is a great gift!

So far, so good. A lot better options than our school team shop.

Pay attention to the fabric. Some of the hoodies I ordered don't have much stretch, so if you want them oversized, maybe order up 1 size.

It was easy to select my design and make my purchase. I did not get an email to confirm my order at the time of purchase but I did receive an email once the order was processed and before shipping. My items arrived faster than expected.

I love that this company has different logos that you can choose from along with different categories. If you want one for football they have that but if you want one for a teacher that teaches first grade, they have that too!

I was very pleased with the quick response to my request after my order arrived with a mistake in the spelling of the high school logo. Within two weeks I had a new sweatshirt with the correction made. We did not have any problems with this company as we resolved the problem. I have received many compliments on the vivid color of my sweatshirt and have been asked where I purchased it. I would recommend this company for spirit wear. Being a grandmother of a high schooler it is tough to know when the school spiritwear sites are open. This company allowed me to be ready to cheer on my grandchild for her season.

My experience GREAT! Somehow after I placed my order. My confirmation of the shirt I design was all wrong. I immediately texted. The representative on the text line design the shirt exactly how I wanted it. It was sent back to showing the front and back. Prep Sportswear is all about satisfying you a customer! The site was easy to use and there were so many options for different sports, designs, and schools! Shipping was fast, all items were fairly priced, and the quality of the product exceeded my standards. Overall very pleased with the purchase :)

I ordered on a Monday and it came the same Saturday of that week! Super dash shipping and product fits true to size with amazing quality- real customer Lol

It was very good. The only thing I wish you had were some more plus size options in the women's wear. Other than that everything we've ever ordered has always been high-quality.
