I had a small issue and contacted support couple of days ago and got an answer in literally 5-10 mins or less even, support was very helpful & attentive towards me. Couldn't be happier that's the service you get off professional people, well done. Totally recommended using it as well as for beginners also for experienced traders.

This broker is not bad actually and I might stay with them. Anyway the trading fees are about same everywhere. Executions is what really makes the difference. I've seen some brokerage agreements that allow up to 5 seconds of delays. Not milliseconds! Keep away from those. Profitstrade is fast enough, I recommend!

Just opened account with Profitstrade couple of days ago but one thing I can already say at this point is that their customer care is great. I am so impressed with their dedication to guide new customers, need to mention Patrick who has been really patient and understanding consultant to deal with with all my questions asked, he has given me clear answers and went above and beyond what was asked of him.

In general, I have quite high requirements for a brokerage company and even though I did not expect I'm surprised that I've been working here for quite a long time. I am quite satisfied with the conditions that are provided here and would recommend to anyone who is interested join!

If you are looking to make money this broker is a fairly decent investment. I was skeptical at first like any normal person would be. Trading is technical and complicated but with this team and the support provided, money is made. Very impressed.

I am trying to get my money out of them for a month by now. As soon as I expressed my wish to do so they stopped communicating immediately. The only way of getting in touch with them is online form. No emails, no phone numbers. So-called account manager emailed me a couple of times before all this started and he was calling me at least once a week too. Everything stopped at once. No reply, no answer from them. My money shows in "user cabinet" as "withdrawal initialised" for a month and there is no chance of finding out what is happening.

As per the title it is a scam and they are annoying as hell with at least 5 calls daily. DAILY!
I already asked them to stop and they won't. Call on different numbers everytime. Harassing $#*!*****! Do not give them your info. Stay away from them!

I have been with Profitstrade for almost 2 years and have had nothing but a great experience. I have never seen such stable spreads in high volatile market situations, although the spreads increase a bit, but comparing to other brokers, spreads are pretty much stable across the day till the end market situation. Best customer service and you receive your withdrawals in time.

Had an issue with my trading platform, I contacted their support who resolved within minutes. Instead of being sent a link and told to read and solve myself which is what my others brokers would do. I moved to Profitstrade because my previous brokers' spreads were very wide and also their connection didn't seem fast. I have now been with Profitstrade just over 6 months and would never look back. Their customer service is top notch, transfers between accounts is easy and quick online, and bank transfers of profits are equally quick!

For the love of your mental health, kindly stay away from this company. They'll make very enticing offer and when you make deposits, withdrawal becomes impossible.

My mother lost all her investment here. In the beginning, these people pretend as if they would have care about you by adding some money to your deposit. But the moment you want your money back or pay off, the "customer support" tells you that the transfer back can take a few days. Finished — From that moment on you don't hear anything from them and you don't see your own money again. No wonder that their headquarters are in Dominika, a Caribbean island, nobody will ever reach. SCAM.
