This company sold me a shiatsu massager that broke and tore in a matter of 3 years. This company stated that the product was genuine leather when it fact it was not real leather. The company would not do anything in good faith and the manufacturer would not either. I used to order things from them and rarely had a problem and when I did, they fixed it. This time they would not take any responsibility. Immediately closed my account and would no longer order from them again.
I had a problem with one of the products and I called the number and actually got a real person on the phone. Product was fine I just was setting it up wrong. Sherry helped me and it works great
Although you have to look through a gamut of things you don't want, you will find some useful things at good prices.
