I've been using Qazzoo for more than several years. This is not a get rich overnight program. It requires a consistent and systematic approach with a simple CRM and accepting rejection as part of the process. Most leads will not convert but the few that do are what counts. My best success rate is by phone contact. Leads with incorrect contact info/repeat leads are credited within 24 hours. I just closed a deal last Friday from initial contact last March and another from initial contact over three years ago that closed last month. I've already had resale and referrals as a direct result from Qazzoo leads. Qazzoo is just part of my business but it has made a very nice contribution to my bottom line. Instant gratification can happen but be consistent with the program and it'll pay off over time.
As a past client of Qazzoo's from 2013, our brokerage was a little reluctant to come back. But I am so glad we decided to give them another chance! Their client services team operates as mentorship program. We have converted 4 of our last 15 leads from Qazzoo. We have our first closing scheduled for April 24. As a broker with 7 agents, Qazzoo's been a great way for us to build our business. There client services team is top notch and the best Real Estate coach in the business.
Do not trust Qazzoo. I agreed to 3 months of leads which yielded zero results. Most contacts were either fake or had no idea why I was calling. I tried to cancel but then my credit card was charged for 2 extra month. Currently still trying to cancel and get my money back.
The sales call with Jen was terrific; there was no pressure to sign up or buy anything. I spoke with Christian for the onboarding and took the time to explain everything and make sure everything is set up and ready to go.
I started using Qazzo on a Saturday and on Monday I got my first lead. I do mortgages and was able to connect with a buyer. He explained that he was denied by a bank after listening to him I was able to see his credit and he qualifies FHA. Great lead. Tom Pappas is a great rep very knowledgeable and always available. Thanks Tom and Qazzoo.

I have been using Qazzoo for the past few years. I have closed a few buyers and sellers over this time. I'm excited to say I closed my first million dollar sale! With follow up, the seller finally reached out to me and asked me to meet the family. The property was listed and we closed $1,350,000. Qazzoo is an amazing lead resource. I have worked with many other lead sources and I always stay with Qazzoo. I know the deals are there. In addition, Meleah is always available and is ready to address any issues that may arise.
Where to start, how about a 1 month trial that really is an auto renewed subscription unless you cancel or the vetted leads that know you're going to call or that you will receive coaching on the system and they will always be available? Once they get your money there dedication to you is over. They will sneakily attempt to get you locked in on a contract (you know on your sales call they said there wasn't one). Claim leads and call to either A. Get no response B. The person claims they didn't willing fill out a profile and aren't needing help or C. They already have an agent and some have even already bought/sold (so how are they fresh?) Good Luck
Recently joined Qazzoo and within minutes already had a quality lead. I have always been skeptical of paying for leads and Qazzoo was the winner. Tom Pappas was the main driver in my decision. He was and is amazing to work with and explains the process in great detail. Customer service is extremely important to me, and these guys do not disappoint.
I'm a licensed real estate agent in Texas. This is my second time using Qazzoo and I have gotten some pretty good leads from them. If I have any bad ones. I love that I can flag them and get my credit back. Tom signed me up he is very professional and understanding.

This was the biggest waste of money spent on this lead service. I've been an agent for 29 years and know how to convert online leads. The leads I received from this service were worthless.

I had the opportunity to be paired with Jen! And the entire time she was patient and so understanding! I have been working with qazzoo for less than a month, and I am under contract already with a property. It's great working with Tom Pappas from Qazzoo. He's very knowledgeable and kind. Also a great person to talk and do business with. Qazzoo is one of our main source leads in out team. It's a great source leads. These leads are real and looking or considering to sell or buy soon and sometimes they are ready right away. My experience with Qazzoo has been very helpful and the people are very nice and always there when I need them to answer questions. They send me lots and lots of leads to pick and choose from. What's best is... If a lead is not good I can just simply flag it and send it back and they will credit me with a new lead within 24 hours! I'm so glad I came on board.

For some reason 199 Qazzoo leads came in and surprised me and notified and it got handled immediately. The best experience I have ever had with Qazzoo.
We have been using Qazzoo for about 6 months so far. We LOVE Qazzoo, it's definitely the most under rated lead source. We just pulled a multi-million dollar lead just from claiming these leads and this person is actively working with our agent. As always, there are some duds but most of these are legit!

Returning a phone call shouldn't be something to celebrate, but sadly, it is. I emailed a question to Qazzoo, and instead of a return email I got Maleah! Qazzoo is lucky to have Maleah. She personable, but not overly so, and she knows Qazzoo inside out. Qazzoo is lucky to have her.
