Q-Link uses both networks basically creating its own network that uses all other networks which is why they actually get great service.

Hi is there anyway to get an updated phone? The one you sent is very slow I and freezes most of the time so I can't even use it. It won't even let me answer it when it rings because it freezes. So it's kind of pointless to have it, when I can rarely even get to use it. Other company's that I've been enrolled in, send more updated phones so I don't understand why Qlink (the top company) sends the worst phones out of all the companies.

Yes, it is truly unlimited data. Be aware that, in my experience, the dats service performance (speed) is a bit slower than the paid T-Mobile service, but the price is right! The connection is extremely similar to the paid T-Mobile service (I am a former President's Cabinet Verizon Wireless Arizona Business Sales Channel Manager and a former T-Mobile Business Sales Executive) and I don't experience dropped calls except from a metal building that I rarely have service from with any carrier of radio station, so I use a free Text Now account to augment with Wi-Fi calling inside that building. This gives me a business number (I pay TN $5 a year for a static number) for Wi-Fi and business calls and a personal number using wireless cellular. The personal number is with QLink and I have no complaints about the service which has been very reliable and high quality. -Mark

Mainly T-Mobile towers but they are known to use pretty much any cellular tower that you are near and make a phone call using random cellular towers. But in the greater area of big cities you will most likely be using a T-Mobile tower. But I don't see thing wrong with T-Mobile. I have always like their service other that they are trying to charge me cuz I was literally couple hours late canceling my contract with them that wanted me to pay for that whole month for those late couple hrs. That was not a good experience that's it. Other than that I like this service in general

I think you have to call their toll free number to speak with a person - their live chat is just automated tips.

I have a XR I phone for the last six years. And it still works took out the sim and the e-sim kicked right in.
