I had ordered all of the fixtures for a bathroom remodel from Quality Bath years ago, and wanted to replace one of the shower valves with a slightly different model in the same style. Not only did they have the model, but Aron helped me confirm the other components I would need to include in my order to make things work. I completed the order and everything arrived in a few days, correct and complete.
BUYER BEWARE! An actively deceitful company. I bought an upscale $1,000 vanity from Quality Bath. It was dropped on it's side and severely damaged during shipping or while in QB's possession. They covered-up the hole in the box with packaging tape (see photo), and when they delivered the vanity, they placed the damaged corner of the box into the corner of my apartment, so that I would not see it. Once the vanity was ready to be installed, it was removed from the box and the damage was discovered. When I contacted Quality Bath to setup a return, they immediately responded that I had signed away my right to return the product by signing for the delivery. That they have some legal loophole in their fine-print that allows them to scam you. Truly the most atrocious customer interaction of my life and I'm out an enormous amount of money. It's psychotic.

The title of this post says it all. I'm not sure what else I'd need from a supplier but they had my order out to me quickly and were responsive to my questions - within a few minutes of emailing. They also seem to have a great selection of products. I'll definitely use them again!

He's quick to answer questions, and you can tell that he and the entire company are honest, reputable individuals who do right by their customers. Even if you have a local showroom, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Quality Bath instead. Great prices and even better customer service.

I've had a dedicates sales person (Josh) for the entire period. When I call, they answer their phones. When I have to make product selections, they provide sound advice. They know their products. There prices are fair. There customer service is second to none.

We needed several random small plumbing items and a few bigger items. It's normally a headache to keep track of this type of order since each item can be shipped separately due to disparate brands and locations for supply. Quality Bath has a top notch, seamless tracking approach with email notifications for each step. One item shipped directly from a supplier had a defect and it was handled quickly and smoothly. We were provided a lable for fedex and were credited back the next day after dropping off the package at Fedex. A new order was generated right away. Best part was that I had to deal with only one person (via email) for all communication about it from beginning to end. I wish all ordering and handling were as good as Quality Bath's!

Highly recommend for their extensive availability of products, fast turn around, and excellent customer service. We used them for a full house renovation. After placing our order Dov reached out to review everything, ensure nothing was missed, and eliminate any unnecessary ordering.
Highly recommend Quality Bath. They have a great selection and prices. Dov, our sales rep was very helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed on time.

I have ordered three faucets from this business (same model). Their customer service reps are very helpful; most recently, Akiva helped me customize two of the faucets to meet my size needs (he communicated with the French maker directly and arranged for a different size than normally offered). While this will take longer, I'm willing to wait for a quality product. I very much like the one already installed (prior purchase).

Quality Bath has become my go to store for my bathroom fixture needs. I've had some of the best customer experiences that I've ever had with this store. Recently I chatted with Dina who was able to call Graff in real-time so that I could receive rough valve's ahead of faucets as they are typically bundled together.
It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Aron Kaufman at Quality Bath! He was prompt answering the phone, finding the product I needed, and emailing a quote with an estimated delivery! The estimated time is 1/2 of others we were quoted and his ability to clarify the precise product I needed, size and finish were on spot! Right now I could not ask for a more attentive, quick and accurate person to help me with our renovation! Getting our sconces in timely fashion with be the frosting on the cake! Plus dealing directly with an informed rep made the process seamless for me and I have worked with those less than capable! Everyone should have customer service like Aron! Thank you!

I received a shower set that was missing one part from the manufacturer. Quality Bath representative Adina contacted the manufacturer and had the missing part shipped to me within days.

On its website it claims that "We guarantee to match our blockbuster Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale pricing on all purchases made starting from November 13,2022". I trusted them and ordered a bathtub, which then got a much bigger discount on wayfair.com ($500 less than the price I got from QualityBath). But QualityBath refused to match the price, saying it only matches prices on its_own_ website. Cheating!
And I requested to cancel my order before it's shipped, but its customer service agent said it's out of their control because they have ordered it from the factory and I could only return it with 20% restocking fee plus shipping cost.
At the time I write this review, the bathtub was just received at FedEx, but not in transit yet. And they don't want to do anything.
I'm going to end up with paying $500 more than I should.

The toilet was exceptionally well priced. I ordered it and was told at the time I placed the order that we would receive it within 5 business days. We are now at day 10, and no one can tell me when it's coming. I have scheduled and re-scheduled our plumber twice. QB's customer service has been great at communicating. They do notify me daily that they are "working on it", but can't tell me when it will ship. Very frustrating and expensive as our bathroom remodeling project and crew is " on hold" doing non-essential busy work as we wait.
They do not expressly state it, but they charge you 20% restocking on any returned items. This is crazy in the current day of Internet shopping. You can't even see the products unless you order them... of course they should deal with returns.
Purchased a Franke Sink Grid. Took 3 weeks to arrive as they ordered it from Franke to be shipped to me. I ordered the wrong drain side. Had to return it and got hit with a 25% restocking fee. Outrageous and inflated.
Do yourself a favor and order from Vevano.com. Ordered the same item at a cost of $20 less than Quality Bath and arrived in 2 days. And, Vevano only charges a 15% restocking fee. Seems clear to me... Vevano better service.

I purchased the Bain ultra 6 weeks ago and finally received it last night.
First, customer service was great. Akiva has been very helpful and responsive with the purchase.
As for the tub, I think the added ultra velour finish looks good and the integrated overflow is unique. The reason I give this product a 3star rating is because it has some blemishes on the front apron and that maybe from the process of adding the ultra velour finish. But I think this can be re-done by their authorized service dealer. I will reach out to find out.
Secondly, I think wall of the tub is too thin. It would be better if it's a little thick so it doesn't show the line across the front the apron where it has a metal frame to re-enforce the apron to the tub.
Lastly, since the material is so thin, the front apron bulges out a little bit. I just wish it was straight flat.
Since I couldn't find any modern looking cast iron tub so this would be ok.
I will do another review after the installation.
