I ordered an jumpsuit about 2 months ago Never Received it but was charged as well as paid express shipping for this order. Still waiting tried to dispute with banking institution no help thus far. Need to close your site.

Basically copy every negative review you see and take it to heart...
Jumpsuit took 3 weeks to arrive, bad quality, return policy seems friendly but its not.
Different than photo, sizing off, can't return it without spending more on shipping than paid for item.

I ordered four things from this site and only received three a month later. Two different shipments, at different times when I was only provided one tracking number. I reached out about my other piece that never showed up, and no one has responded. So if you are looking to give your money away and NOT receive all your items... order away!

Fake company. Pay for expedited shipping 10 days ago and still haven't received my product. I wish I would have done more research before I made the mistake of ordering from them. All these fake companies need to be seized in not able to advertise and sell it to people.

Ordered three items and not one item is the same as picture shown. Cheap polyester material from the 60's era. They look horrific and nothing like photo they tried to copy images but the final product looks like a beginner put this crap together. This company steals photos from legitimate websites and then post them as their own photos in order to suck you into buying from them. This company is a scam any website that uses models with half a head do not order. If they not showing full models make sure you research company first. This company should be banned in US

This company is unethical. Shop elsewhere. Their site says you can cancel order as long as it has not shipped. I told them to cancel my order and they chose to ignore me and ship it anyway. Refusing to honor their customer service guidelines. I paid for expedited shipping two weeks ago in order to have my clothes on time before I left the country on vacation for a month and long story short almost two weeks went by before my order was shipped so I wanted to cancel. Spend your money elsewhere. Clothes are also very hit or miss. Not sure why I choose to order from sites like this and rosegal or chic Me anymore. They're all the same.

I purchased a jean jumper, material is super cheap and thin. The size chart is not correct Im a medium so I ordered a large and it is still to little. I also ordered a two piece black dress set, the material for that is more of a costume feel an also too little. Both items have a real bad smell both items have thread coming from arms. I am very disappointed with this online purchase, Ive always was lucky to get good buys but this was truly the worst and before my birthday. I would never suggest this company to anyone do not waste your money or time it is absolutely terrible. I wish I could give a negative star

I ordered a jumpsuit that looked fashionable in the catalog, however, it was a hospital jumpsuit when I received it - worse part yet. I lost my money. You can not return to them because you have to pay for your own shipping and it costs more than the outfit. DONT DO IT

If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is and assume its a Chinese company. Stop letting Queenfy and the next one to pop up with cheap beautiful styles take your money in your quest for a cheap deal. All the positive reviews are easily identified as fakes! Come on, lets be smarter than the scammers!

I ordered 3 dresses all came within a reasonable time frame. However they are way too small for xl. Im returning for an exchange but im disappointed i have to return them overseas which is probably going to cost a lot. Im not sure if I will order from this site again even though the dresses are beautiful its not worth purchasing a product if you cannot return within the US.

Ordered 4 items and every single item was completely different than the pictures on the website. Different patterns, colors etc. I tried to start a return, but it took 4 emails before anyone responded. When they did respond, I could barely understand their lack of English. I finally gave up and took a 50% refund, rather than spending $30+ to mail back the items to China.

Have you noticed the 5* reviews dont have pictures of real people. All the 1* reviews do. In fact there are no 3* or 4* reviews. Go on YouTube and look at reviews. Go on google and look at reviews. I this for what it is. A SCAM company taking peoples money. Thank goodness I checked the reviews first before buying any of their products. Models with cut off heads is a big indication of SCAM. For every bad review suddenly three 5* reviews appear

I am so fired up at this moment i cant speak. I dont really write reviews however this company has me fired up. I ordered some stuff from 11/28 do you know that it has not even been shipped yet. I searched to see where the place was located and it said new York, which i said to myself great then it wont take a long to time to arrive to Florida where my connecting US address is located and i would get it here in the Bahamas at a reasonable time. The items have not been shipped yet and now im not getting any answer at all from anyone. I am totally disgusted and would just like my money back that is more than $100. If there is anyone that can give me some info i would greatly appreciate it

Received my package today, Please Stay away from this website. Quality of clothes is horrible, material is cheap feel, poorly made And looks nothing like the picture. Queenfy do not even qualify to receive a 1/2 star whatever you do do not order from them. Please take my word, Speaking from my personal experience

I ordered a black top. It is gray! Needed black for an event I am attending in 3 days! Ordered 2 sizes up and its still to small! The top looks NOTHING like the advertised picture. 1st and last time purchasing from Queenfy!

I purchased three items from this site in April. I received one of those items and immediately threw it away. It was really poor quality. I purchase from IG sites all the time and this was the worse site I have ever purchased from. I have never received my other two items. I've sent multiple emails and have been sent tracking numbers that are not associated with any delivery company. Whoever is answering their email will not return your money. It is now June and they do not intend to send me the rest of my order. Do Not Waste your money or time with this company. The reviews have to be paid reviews.

Order a week ago and did express, my order was supposed to have been here. Every time I try to use the contact number it goes straight to voice mail and appears not to be a working number. Emailed them and their response is always the same. Their waiting on the warehouse. Beware of this fake company.

I only received 1 item out of three that I ordered. Looking at the tracking the perception is that I received them all. I reached out to customer service via email but have not received a response. I guess I will have to move forward with disputing the charge as I've lost all patience after waiting over a month to receive my order. I will never ever ever order from these FB pop ups that come across with such appealing products. Go with what you know!

I have placed my order at Queenfy. I was a bit hesitant about this because of the fact that my order had to come from Asia. Like others, I also have some bad experiences. However, I was pleasantly surprised after I indicated that my order was not received within the prescribed period. The swimwear I ordered was of good quality and very nice. I did not expect it at all. I ordered 1. The sexy chiffon beach cover up 2. Print one piece swimsuit. I am very very satisfied with these two articles!

I bought 2 items from them a white shimmer dress and when it finally arrived looked nothing like the pictures it did not shimmer at all and the material was very cheap. The maxi dress looked exactly like picture and fit well. I paid for fast shipping and after emailing them to make sure I got my dresses on time for my trip they sent them out

I ordered clothes and when they finally arrived (from China?) they were way too small and very cheaply made. I followed the size chart but its just incorrect for certain clothes. The clothes looked very cheap and I would have never ordered them but they do not look cheap in the pictures they show. To return them you have to send them back to China with tracking receipt. Its very expensive so they offer you a coupon code worth a measly 15 percent. If you order from Queenfy be prepared to be disappointed over the quality and fit of the clothes. They might as well write in their policy NO RETURNS.

It takes a very long time to receive your order. I purchased my order 02/27/20 I received it 03/22/20 I paid for express delivery and was refunded the charge. But my clothes are beautiful. So just expect to receive ur package a month after ordering. But you're gonna love the clothing
