It is near impossible to get a hold of anyone. Not that it matters - online chat reps and phone reps both openly admit that they are not authorized to actually open support tickets - they can only go through pre-determined steps such as, have you tried a different browser? Have you tried clearing your cookies? - and they are not allowed to escalate an issue to the next level of support either. So basically, Quickbooks Online does not offer ANY customer support.
