RaceOption is a big SCAM. Do not invest your money here. They intentionally refused to allow me to withdraw my money even after passing all the verification. I made a withdrawal request and they suspended the account. My account was suspended for no reason after waiting for 2 weeks while the operator told me that they were processing my withdrawal request. Do not invest with this broker as you will never see your funds again! They are very deceitful and all a bunch of scammers!

The process was so fast that i didn't notice it was a scam. I was rushed into making series of payment but when my scheduled payout was due, my account manager disappeared and stopped responding to my messages. I contacted support but they required further payments to authorise withdrawal. Thankfully my daughter suggested a company with trained private investigators and data analytics which were able to track the payments i made and get my money back. They never let you withdrawal your money and my funds only keep getting lower over the one year of attempting to withdrawal. They just keep giving excuses of why I can't withdrawal at the moment.

I've attempted multiple withdrawals, but it never succeeded. They consistently provided excuses, making it impossible for me to withdraw funds. Recently, they've even begun to disregard my withdrawal requests altogether. They abruptly canceled one request, citing a lack of confirmation from my end, despite my immediate response upon receiving their confirmation emails. My advice is not to invest any more money, as you're unlikely to ever recover your funds.

My mom and I both used this broker. I experienced a lot of trouble withdrawing and communicating with support, especially after I used my referral link.
My mom did very well on her account for a week then all of a sudden things took a turn. She was using my laptop to trade because it has a bigger screen and when she went to withdraw they denied her for suspicious account activity. She needed to confirm identity and call, from that moment forward, basically every trade she took lost. Complete broker manipulation and spike outs. She had grown her account to $9,000 then straight downhill.

I put in just under $1,600 and they matched me at 110%. I have over $2,200 left and they are saying I have a $0 balance. I should be able to get back $500 give out take a little bit but they are keeping my money. When I first opened an account I used their savings plan with my money and they would only allow what I physically put in and out was locked up for a month. They didn't give me any of the interest I was supposed to earn. This site is a scam. When you follow traders it doesn't let you follow until they are halfway done, even when you start it right after them, so your option trading starts at a different point then the person you are following so most of the time you lose.

I invested a lot of money over 20k and they will not let you withdraw. They are a total scam I still have a withdraw pending over two months ago they call you with lies trying to get you to take a bonus so you can't with draw. Please dont get trapped off! As you can see they except your deposit with no problem and thats not half of what I deposited. You have be warn! And please make sure you let everyone else know too.

Whatever you do do not use this broker. I had been trying to withdraw my funds for days and they would never process my withdrawal. I had call, and been emailing them in regards to my withdrawal and they kept giving me some bull$#*! run around. Finally I receive an email from them saying they had to close my account because of suspicious activity. They just did this to take my money. My account been opened for months and I didn't actually use this broker to trade until a week before posting this. I went and saw a lot of people have experienced this same issue. I will only use pocket option from now on they are the only reliable broker I have used. I deposited the minimum and took no bonuses. I didn't want to get trapped into doubling the earnings. I decided it was not for me so I requested my funds...
Nope, my first 2 requests rejected. Then on my 3rd attempt they called me to try to persuade me to leave my money. Now, my request is just pending. Everyone should file a consumer complaint with the Feds.
