I read a lot of questionable reviews and was skeptical about ordering from this place... so I placed a small$20/30 order to see how it went. Mind you, I literally live in the middle of nowhere and didn't expect to receive my order. But to my delight not only did I receive my order but it was fantastic! I did pay for expedited shipping and it came 2 days later than it should have but to be fair it was memorial day weekend. I will be placing a larger order with rainbow shops this week for work out gear. I'm plus size and people have no idea of the struggles to find cute clothes for us larger ladies, I'm so excited!
I placed an order online from rainbow on 6/4/24 and another order the following day 6/5/24 as of yet I still haven't received neither of my packages, my packages are being shipped by FedEx smartpost which is the slowest and worst shipping carrier method to use, and when I check the fedex tracking system the status says my packages are in ellenwood georgia facility and it has been there for over a week now and ellenwood georgia facility is the slowest and worst as well for any packages to go through, and now FedEx Smartpost has finally handed my packages over to USPS for delivery and the USPS shipping status says on one of my packages status that it's arriving late delivery date unknown and on my other package the status says that a label was created waiting on package from rainbow the shipper. I called rainbow customers service on 6/14/24 about this issue and the representative repeatedly talked rude nasty & unprofessional just because I asked her about the long wait time and I still don't have what I paid for and ordered online from this company, but my issue wasn't resolved by that nasty attitude individual so called representative. I will never buy anything else from this sleazy low classed unprofessional business again.

extremely long wait time to receive your package because it will take weeks to receive your packages rainbow use FedEx smartpost as their shipping carrier then the packages are transferred to USPS for the final delivery
The price of the item is good; store is clean. I have problem with an associate the attitude, unfriendly, dirty and didn't greet the customer and a manager there is rude and donot greet some customer😒 🙄

I bought a dress on 4/17/2024 and return the dress on 4/18/2024. Went to the original store that I bought the dress from didn't notice the sign on the door so go into the store the lady at the counter ask him can she help me I told her I needed to do a return she said she was unable to do the return due to the system was down I had to go to the one up the street I said okay and proceeded to walk out the door as I was walking the other lady that was in there working with her said isn't the sign on the door, okay who ask you maybe I didn't see the sign, the other lady said yes it is still up there. I start to turn around and say maybe I didn't see the sign. My thing is that is your job and sometimes people may not see a sign but it is ur job to be the mouth peice. Then go to the store in the mall and they wasn't any better. Rainbow need to get better employees with a better attitude. Do the job you signed up for, get ur check and go home! Just saying!
I just visited the store located at 9158 Parkway East space 11A in Birmingham Alabama ******* and this was the worst experience every. The cashier was very rude and had a very nasty attitude. She didn't speak to her customers and when she was spoken to she did not speak back. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or not but that is no way to deal with the public and if my daughter didn't need those items that I purchase I would have put everything back like I put back the other things. This was my last time visiting this location. If customer service is like this, I will not be returning to any of your stores.

I returned an order 1 day after receiving it. The story was the system was down and only store credit was available, policy is if you have the receipt you can get a refund, not in my case i was told once your refund goes on a gift card it cannot be reversed, never again will i purchase anything from this store and i will be informing my family and friends to stay away from them period... Policy not worth the paper it's printed on... It was not my fault the system was down, and my order was purchased with a visa debit card...
I went back to the store to return 2 shirts that did not fit and the employee there told me I could not return it because I didn't have the receipts mind you I still had the tags attached and all I wanted to do was get a different size and they still refused. Needless to say they have lost a loyal customer I won't ever go back again. There policy is the absolute worse!
The store manager made a very rude comment about my body I didn't appreciate it at all. I came to spend my hard earned money just to get talked about from the store manager around 2pm
Always remember you get what you pay for.
The prices are low sure but so is the quality.
Plus the sizes run small. Had to return several items. Discovered this one after the fact kept only cause would have cost more to return it than what it's worth will wear it till it falls apart (won't take long).

First I waited 4 weeks to get my order in only which half showed up. The small does not fit a 5'5 Woman at 125 lbs, they are more medium/large. I asked when my other half of the order will arrive and I'm on week 6 and counting, no definite answer for arrival. I asked for a refund on what I do have and they told me to gift it. They will not refund my order. I now have $100 worth of clothes I can't wear. Do not waste your time or money with this supposed faith based company.

I was going on my honeymoon cruise the next day ran into rainbow to pick up a couple of outfits. Got home put in my suite case went on my cruise and found sensors attached to my 4 outfits I was extremely unhappy about this I was gone for 12 days came home to return these items which was summer outfits I was told no refund just store credit. Well after this experience from this store. I never wanted to shop here again.

I never received a package that was reported as delivered. Called Rainbow and they said oh well it's not our fault and there's nothing we can do for you. WTH? I spent my money to give them business and they say OH WELL? Never again!

It's a low class marketing company, I have ordered a green colour Saree but got a different one. I'm calling them continuously but no response. Please don't ever think of buying anything from this website, U will be only disappointed and loose ur money and even the quality is unacceptable u have to just struggle for return and refund which u never get.

This store has a lot of cute stuff, plus size clothes are cuter than smaller sizes. I really do like the clothes however, the stores are nasty and it is a distraction because you are shopping for new clothes in a dirty place. I have reported this 3 times to corporate who claims they are gonna turn my complaint over to the District Mgr. Yet they are still dirty. I feel this company cares nothing about customers they just want us to buy their clothing at any cost. I hate when companies treat us like they can present their product to us any kind of way... wrong! Rainbow Shops clean up your nasty stores in Dayton, Ohio. I refuse to let a company force me to shop under these conditions. You guys look like old dirty Roses stores!

I purchased 2 pair of their ripped jeans and after wearing 1 pair they were not true to size, I went back to the store for an exchange. I didn't have my receipt because I didn't think the pants would be I'll fitted. Most stores stand behind their product and offer a store credit. I was told there is absolutely nothing they can do without a receipt. Although 22.00 won't break my bank, it's hard earned money and I chose to spend it wisely. I often visited rainbow because it's within walking distance from my home. Going forward I'll spend my money at forever 21, Walmart or any store that appreciates their customers and actually want repeat business
These people that work at this store are unprofessional, rude, no proper training, attitudes from hell. When asked to try something on they just look at you. Then open the door without ever saying anything to you. Just flat out rude as $#*!. Not going get my money.
First and last time ever ordering shoes from Rainbow. Both photos were taken after wearing one time. I wore the black ones to work and they literally wear coming apart as i was walking to my car after my work shift. Mind you i work a desk job. The brown/tan combat boots wore one day and by the time i got home the inside lining/padding is already separating. I will never buy their shoes ever again. I can't believe they actually charge $25 and up for most. These shoes aren't worth a dime. I got on sale so I'm mad but lesson learned. If the deal sounds too good to be true it is.
Rainbow has some really cute clothes, but dont expect to wear more than once. I bought a cute tank dress for a summer dinner, halfway through discovered there was a huge hole in the side, bought an adorable gauze jumpsuit for a party, seam ripped in thighs, causing huge hole in crotch. Listen, I know Rainbow clothes so I always buy a size up, but this is ridiculous. I love a great deal, but Im not saving anything if I need to buy 2 just to go out. Im done giving them my money, until they can improve the quality.
Sometime ago I wanted to order an item online through their online store, but I was not made aware of the fact that they discontinued international sales. I had to call them to find out. Even PayPal refused to accept my Canadian mailing address due to rainbows change. As of today all shoppers will avoid rainbow as a whole this includes online shopping and the brick and mortar stores.
I ordered three shirts from this site. To start it took over a month to be delivered when it stated it would be 3-5 days. After this the quality of the shirts were terrible. One of my shirts the print was blurry. I emailed them to ask to have a refund and they were unwilling to do anything. I even sent pictures to show them how bad it was and they did not care.

Do not buy clothing from there ever if you value your life. I ended up hospitalized twice from their clothing. The toxic fumes are impossible to ever wash out of their fabrics. In California they even contain warning labels. They are knowingly killing people and if you ever call to question them about it you get hung up on. Whoever created this company belongs in jail for life. I'm going to open a lawsuit. I'm not the only one this affects. They are purposely killing people and causing severe illness and cancers. It's like a war.

They have the worst shipping service my order is a week late and got lost(they say) in the shipping process. Customer service do not help with anything they keep saying someone will call you or someone else has your claim. No give me my money back or ship my things first class
I went to rainbow on Springfield plaza, Springfield MA store #252. Never experienced such rude employees! All I asked for was to try on a couple things and the employee looked like she wanted to kill me for asking. I left the items and just walked out... need to fix the attitude on your employees because last time i checked its part of their job to let you try things on in the fitting room. Never will I ever go to another rainbow store as this is not the only one where I experienced such rudeness! Horrible Horrible customer service!

I love this store so much any girl can go there to get clothing and with a good price. One day my mom didnt feel like washing so she had a few cash and took me to rainbow i saw the most cutest high wasted ripped jeans and a orange sure that says my favorite word... what? I know its kinda catchy im telling you and guess what the price was... 43.90 it was really good. You all should go there and if you do please wright a review so everyone will know how good this rainbow store is. LOVE YOU ALL
If you expect Gucci at Walmart prices do not shop at Rainbow. I have clothing from Rainbow that is 6 years old. Rainbow clothing will last if you take care of it, I. E. do not dry on high heat. Hang it up straight from the dryer. I LOVE RAINBOW! Take care of your clothes and they will make you a Fashionista
