How come when i order through ebay, they don't give me cash back after four days, i have to contact customer service every time

Hi Tom,
This is not normal. Cash Back for Ebates should post within 2-3 days. Please be sure to ask the next Ebates agent that you work with to see if they can tell what might be going wrong based on the order information that they have.
