on 5/3/15If it for some reason doesn't show like it should, I contact ebates. I include a copy of the email with the information from the order placed. Normally I wait until the purchase has arrived. This gives ebates and the store to put the transaction in your account.
I would suggest that you contact the 'ebates website' customer support.
I must be the only one who is having problems with Ebates. They posted my cash back and after a few days, they removed woth no explanations. I contacted them and they told me to put in all the purchase numbers. I couldnt find one, so I thought, well its not that much so I just blew it off. I did a lot of shopping and all of the purchases were made through the Ebates site. For over a week I had a little over $90 and the next day I checked, the balance had been cut down to $62. Ok, so now Im really angry and sent an email and was told again to put in all the purchases with the numbers. And just like before, I dont have them! Not happy!
They will tell you it takes a day or so to show up, and only shows up when the merchant notifies Ebates (well, at least thats one the many excuses theyve given me in the past) To be completely honest, any time when it didn't show up within a a couple minutes, I never ended up with the cashback rebate.
I've stopped using Ebates awhile ago so maybe they changed their processes... Although I highly doubt it.
If you went through Ebate first. It would reflect on your Ebate account under monies pending. If it isnt there go into where's my money and look into it. If it's not there contact them.
