on 10/1/15I can't tell you I would buy again. I had no help from rakuten when needed. They said they are not responsible for the sellers since they work as an online shopping center.
I would suggest you buying at Amazon. I never had problems with them.

I didn't do business with a Rakuten SELLER - the item I bought was directly through Rakuten. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! Run, run away as fast as you can and never look back. By the time they send you the wrong item and force you to pay shipping to return it to them for a refund you'll end up paying more buying the item through them anyway. (And that's what happened to me.) Well, actually I bought my item through their store front on eBay and Rakuten wouldn't communicate at all - I had to open a ticket through eBay to get anywhere at all.
Never again. Don't know how they're still in business. Ordered and was told was in stock then got email saying it had shipped. Two weeks later still trying to figure out if shipped or not and if so where it was or where my shipping # was. Repeatedly had to call or email then call and so on to finally get told they aren't responsible for the vendor. Then I find out it's on back order then finally they were out of stock and would be weeks before anymore were in. Now through all of this they knew what was going on but had no problem deducting $ from my account though they didn't have the item and then it was forever getting my money back.
With all the negative reviews and you are still considering buying from Rakuten? You deserve what you get! Just wish I had seen all the bad reviews before I dealt with them.
I would advise buying from Amazon or a different shopping site, these have very poor customer service, still to this day I never did get my rakuten points, they said it was in the Ts&Cs, I asked for a screenshot or evidence of the X25 points... They couldn't provide, so its just what they said, couldn't win, its only if you have a problem where this company become useless and very unhelpful. Stay away and pay a little more elsewhere.
