I should have gotten a big fat check for May, sent request why it now says I will not get it until August when the purchases have been over the past few months, have not had any response from anyone.

If your Cash Back had not reached $5.01 by March 31st, 2015, your account would not have been issued a check yet. All of your cash back would have been pushed to the next scheduled date. Here's a link to their payment schedule that explains which dates are for each check:
