on 12/25/15They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
Fake as in the positive or negative reviews? Because I see alot of negative which I don't understand AT ALL. I ordered 4 t-shirts and a poster from them and my friend a Hoodie and everything was perfect with great service, I don't understand what this negativity is.
I don't remember receiving an ETA with the order I placed last year, but it did arrive within a reasonable amount of time, maybe 10 -14 days after order was placed. Not sure about other reviews, but mine definitely was not fake. I didn't have any problems with my order.
The positive reviews are definitely fake. Who gives a glowing review for any company that doesnt even acknowledge you order, doesnt give an ETA, doesnt give a shipping notice, doesnt give a tracking number, doesnt have customer service that can be reached by phone regardless of hours, etc? Fake, fake, fake, fake, so obviously fake and pathetic. They would be much better off directing their energy into getting a customer service department and fixing their problems rather then having people post pathetic fake reviews that are transparent and lame... Oh, I dont recall getting any notifications from the company but my stuff arrived 3 to 4 weeks later, was satisfactory, and I cant say enough good things about the company? Fake!
I didn't get an ETA or confirmation with my order either, but the products arrived and were in good condition.
My review is FAR from fake. My review is factual and based on my OWN experience with the merchandise I've purchased from this website. Perhaps they have improved the quality of their hoodies, but the two hoodies I purchased were far from acceptable.
Why would people go out of their way to post NEGATIVE reviews? People post them because they are SO angry that they have to vent and warn others to not have the same experience. The positive ones seems so glowing you have to wonder why people would take time out of their day to post something SO unnecessarily complimentary. I'm sure not all positives are fake, because some people are just lovely like that. But it is MORE LIKELY positive ones are fake, because that makes more sense from a marketing/sales standpoint. And it's not hard to create fake accounts to post fake reviews to benefit your company. I mean think about it.
My sister and I have ordered from Redbubble NUMBER of times... never had an issue. I even once forgot to add a coupon code, I emailed them and the refunded the difference back into my account. I don't understand any of these negative reviews.
I placed a negative review of which the issue still hasnt been resolved... I wouldnt be surprised if the recent positive reviews are fake. Redbubble quite simply keeps everyone in the dark on the status of their orders and refuses to answer simple questions.
I have always received prompt service from them. My review is genuine.

Yes! They are fake!
They sound like someone is trying to type English, however, they cant talk proper or let alone type proper English.
As some people have had and are having negative experiences here, some of us have had positive experiences and want to share our genuine positive reviews for others. I personally had great service with this site, but Ive also only used it once so far. Just have a little faith in the positive reviews... not everyone is out to scam the masses... some of us are just ecstatic with our service, since that seems so hard to come by these days, and just want to show appreciation. And sorry to all for their negative experiences here... that really sucks.
I actually think they are a company that try to be great. But are just not for me. And that's also just in the prints on fabric. Stickers and things like that are ok (they aren't vinyl stickers, but the printing quality is a lot better then the t-shirts).
Their customer support were actually really nice and tried to help... but what can you do with a low quality printing method?:-)
(they use a kind of printer which allows you to do shirts "on-demand" instead of bulk producing them. It's easier for small companies since it means you make t-shirts as they are ordered. But the price: the quality)
I dont remember having an ETA either, but from memory it shows the x-x days near post. I dont know about fake reviews. I loved what I got though!
