Don't waste your time and money ordering from this company. It has been over three weeks since I ordered April 29 of 2020 and I just keep getting emails about how there is high demand. I asked for my money back or a tracking number and they have provided neither. Looks like I'll have to call the bank. It's a bummer because the masks looked like they were really nice

I placed a order before checking on this so called company. It was masks.It was a gift 4 mother's day. I ordered in April 2020. I have contacted them
6 times. Same response different name.of Rep. There is no phone number. I paid through PayPal. This company says once the order is placed no refund or cancellation! But they have your money... You get nothing... their little track your order status says it was sent from China! But even if it was from china & carried by hand over land & sea it should have been here.! My desire is to see noone else get taken..

Do not lose your money to these scammers! I ordered masks over 2 months ago. They give me false tracking numbers/ links. BEWARE! I spent $80 worth of masks. Customer service reps will reply to your email, give you fake tracking links, and offer a discount towards future orders. What a joke! They can't even get the first order right. I will never order from them again!

Took almost 2 months to get. I ordered masks else where that came a lot sooner. Once I finally got it the mask was not Legible and stitching was uneven. I asked for a refund prior to receiving since I no longer needed and was told my item would be shipping within 2-3 business days, it took 3 weeks. Mask is so poorly made I am unable to wear.

I ordered on April 6,2020. Received 1 of 6 masks ordered in June. Then three more the following month. I am still lacking two masks! I demanded a refund and they said they have technical difficulties with PayPal! What a joke! Do not trust or do business with them! Only 1 star only because one is at least required to post! Ugh not even worth one!

Spent over $75 on mask for my daughter and myself since we both had to work in the pandemic! Never received the mask always get some Bs email response it's been over 2 months they will not refund or give me my product they should be shamed to take People's money in the middle of this pandemic when it's hard enough to work and stay afloat!

This company is a scam. They are quick to take your money and then never ship out what you paid for. Attempts to co tact them about the issue are answered with a form email reply stating your item was shipped and you will get tracking Info in 3 to 5 days. That was 3 weeks ago. I finally had to dispute the charges. With my bank to get my money back.

As a firefighter I order a Clovis mask months ago. I heard back once saying due to high demand your order has been delayed... another time that it's at the mailing center and that was it. I wrote 12 emails and not one response since... if your from that $#*! company and read this $#*! you you piece of $#*!. I hope you catch cocos you scumbags

I ordered a set of 3 masks with replaceable filters from an Instagram ad (big mistake). I took screen shots of all info quoted for the offer. Starting getting all the bogus e-mail updates about progress of the order. 5-10 day shipping became 30 days. Finally got a note that part of my order had shipped. 2 months later it arrived and I followed up with Remark Green for the balance of the order. They claimed mask I ordered did not come with filters even though I have proof otherwise. I am now haas
Ing with PayPal for a refund. When I ordered my masks the Remark Green site was full of masks. Now the site is offering promotional products. Guess they are waiting for the next big trend they can scam.

I ordered 8 masks in early February. I requested tracking number multiple times, yet never received one. I requested updates on my order several times to be given short canned responses. 6 MONTHS later, I have received 1 single mask of the 8 ordered. The valves in the mask popped out while opening the package. Below you can see a picture of the mask. You will see that the attention to detail is horrible, as the fabric is stitched incorrectly and the design is haphazardly placed together crooked. This isn't acceptable craftsmanship. I could purchase better at the Dollar Store and not have paid over $30/mask! This is a scam of a business. I have followed the companies posted refund request instructions only to be told to wait to hear back from someone. I will not hold my breath. This company takes advantage of people by promising products of quality and NOT delivering, rather stealing consumers money.

I placed an order for a mask in good faith being that I am a nurse and could truly benefit from their product. However, after some time had passed I reach out to the company only to get the following responses and have yet to receive a mask. I am unsure if Facebook is aware of the fraudulent activity that is being advertised from their platform. Please beware and do not purchase any merchandise from this company!

If i could go lower than 1 star I would this company is a scam. They have taken my money and hopefully i can save someone else. Ordered my masks in March and haven't received them yet. I have attached a picture of what was sent. This crap isn't close to the masks i ordered i was totally appalled when i looked at these.

This company should not be allowed to sell masks. They sent a very poorly made mask that took over 2 months to arrive and charged me $69 for it. Their customer service was horrible. I would never trust this company again.

This is a scam, ordered mask last month, received emails about product updates. Now I get an error code when searching their website for masks. Contacted them, no response! I'm calling my bank in the morning for refund and reporting them.

We received non-delivery status after cancellation period expired. Their software responds but no human is available. Paypal billed our credit card same day they were notified of scammer status. Facebook has been notified also so only inquiries about scam status remain.

During this pandemic, everyone was going through rough times. I ordered a mask to send to my daughter who is away in the military and this fake $#*! scam of a business stole my money and never mailed the mask. It's been 2 months now and all I get from them is some dumb email saying all they can do is give me 20%. WTH am I going to do with $11 refund? I'm almost certain refunding 20% is a lie also. I wish there was an attorney or someone out there who could offer advice. I work hard for every single dime that comes into my household. My daughter was anxiously awaiting her new mask. This company is a fraud and I will not stop saying until they are shut down. Don't be like me and not take the reviews serious. I should have listened. FRAUD!

I ordered 4 masks from this company. Their website says to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, which I did. There were only a couple of reviews at the time, but it seemed likely to be a scam. That was a lot of money for masks that I found cheaper on Amazon. It's now been 2 weeks since requesting a refund. I've received 16+ emails regarding their production being slow/busy and similar to someone else's review, any contact about a refund was sent from different people last name 'Smith'. DO NOT BUY! Steer clear of this site!

I ordered two masks from this "company" on 18 April 20 and haven't received a thing from them yet. I've already filed a complaint with BBB and tomorrow will be on the phone, working to get my money back. Since Facebook allows them to scam people I think they should bear some responsibility for not vetting these companies better! The only reason I give them even one star is because they must be rated before you can submit.

Just like everyone else, I ordered masks 2 months ago and still haven't received. Get the same basic email back when asking about it. Now they are saying the masks are made in another country and that's explaining the long shipping time. I specifically asked if they were made in the US because I wanted them fast. They said they were. Have asked to stop shipment and get my money back, all they say is they'll give me a 5% refund on next order. What a load of crap! Sorry I didn't check out these reviews before I ordered. But hopefully this will help someone else.

Scammed me along with others. Ruthless, selfish, unconscionable conduct. Only want to share my experience so no one else gets scammed. Send fake emails! Don't waste your time on this site. Purchased masks. They take your money and run... they need to get caught!

What everyone else said is true. This is a bogus company masquerading as being based in US. I emailed several times inquiring about my order and received canned, automated response. I filed a fraud report with my credit card company. Just today, 30 days after I ordered, I received a shipping notification as I paid extra for insurance and tracking. It shows being shipped from China. Keep your garbage! I doubt it will arrive as others have stated. Despicable criminals who prey on others during a pandemic will get theirs. Report this dishonest Chinese company to all authorities. They need to be imprisoned.

Do not order from them! I placed an order in April 17th. I usually know better and read some reviews so it seemed legit at the time. Boy was I wrong! I reached out to them through email and received the same fake emails everyone is talking about. Last one said shipped and in Rosedale new York. I finally had enough and called my bank. Thank God my bank refunded my money! I spent 73.00. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people in the midst of a crisis! I reported them! Hope they get caught!

Ordered three masks at the end of April. Had to inquire twice about the shipment from china. Was able to follow the tracking. It was approximately 45 days, but they always responded, and I understood the demand issue this Spring. Happy with product and extra filters.
