on 2/22/16I'm having an issue currently with not having the dresses picked up from the UPS.@elizabeth N. What was the solution that they provided you? I'm freaking out because I put the dresses in the dropbox and followed all the rules and now I'm going to get changed for 2 dresses that I didn't EVEN WEAR! Help!
I am going through this now. You would think that they would stop using UPS with customers having the same issue. It is clear that UPS is not scanning the items when they get them.
You dont have to do anything, it will be postmarked if you drop it off on time.
Im not a customer of RTR anymore but when I was, I got a receipt from UPS as proof that I dropped my stuff off on time. I totally believe UPS doesn't scan the packages on time unless you get a receipt. Ive had them do that to me with Amazon returns so it definitely happens. Cover your $#*! with RTR though because theyre shady and will charge you if you dont have proof.
2/23/18 I'm going through this horror show with rtr right now. UPS has lost or stolen one of two identical dresses that I sent back from the same EXACT place. First, rtr screwed up and sent me two. Same dress, same size, 2 different blue bags. I'm being charged for ups's screw up. Furthermore, they will charge me 200% of what the dress is no longer even worth if it's not returned within 21 days. I have proof that ups picked it up. They really don't care or do anything to help the process.
Angela N: I honestly don't believe you think your the center of the universe. The fact that you had a good experience doesn't mean everybody else is having one too. Allow people to tell their story without calling them liars. Unless you are working for them and trying to save face...
Get a receipt from ups. It's got the weight, date and time you dropped it off. And save it! There can be no disputes if you have proof. I honestly don't believe the majority of the people on here that give them such a bad review when they say "I swear I dropped it off on time". I call BS.
