Replace My Cushions

I purchased some cushion replacements and found the fabric began to crumble. I had taken some pictures and sent them in. Wondering what could come of this defective product. After checking with the supplier... all of my cushions were replaced. I was grateful and really appreciated the customer service. Thank you!

This company was outstanding in every way: Two day delivery of fabric samples, courteous on phone and email, no payment until product is received, quality product, great prices, perfect fit. The attitudes of their employees makes me want to work there! Kind of makes me want to wear out my cushions faster so that I can order again!

The cushions we ordered came on time and were beautifully made. They even put buttons on the back cushion they sent us, like we had on our old cushions. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Months ago, I reviewed Replace my Cushions negatively, because they had not sent my cushions, and they had not alerted me as to the reason. But, after I emailed them, they redeemed themselves! Joyce, and another employee spoke with me personally by phone. They explained that my requested material was on back order. They offered to give me a different material for free, and I accepted. So, although I found the initial interaction less than professional, they proved themselves to be a company of real people who care, and they made up for the delay.

I ordered covers and cushions for two This End Up sofas, along with the bolsters for the arms and two coordinating throw pillows. I am very pleased with the finished product. The cushions arrived when expected and the packaging was even first class. I have had my sofas for over 35 years and I still love them. I am sure these new cushions will last for years to come and in addition to looking great they are very comfortable. Only wish I had ordered additional throw pillows; may have to discard my old ones at some point.

Needed to replace cushions for 2 chairs and 2 couches for crate style furniture that I was not sure of the brand. I just want to write to tell you how pleased we are with our new cushions! We have had our This End Up loveseat for more than 30 years and had the original cushions. We really didn't realize how soft they had gotten until we got the new ones. We were glad to see the extra firm option because the loveseat is actually a pull out twin bed and there is no solid piece of wood underneath the cushions that when you are siting. Now, it is unbelievable how comfortable the loveseat is.

We ordered replacement cushions for our This End Up sofa and love seat and were very pleased with the results. It took me a long time to pick out the fabric. I was so nervous to purchase it on line, but they just kept sending me samples. No questions asked. Finally, I did it and was pleasantly surprised when they came before Christmas.
The cushions fit perfectly and the fabric and craftsmanship were excellent. There was only one problem. The extra pillows I'd ordered in the same fabric were so tiny. I hadn't realized that when I ordered a 12 inch pillow it would be 9 inches when it was stuffed, Naturally, I had to tell them about it, when I sent my thanks and compliments and then guess what... a week later we got another box. In it were 2 new pillows in the 24 inch size. No bill. Nothing. Just a a gift. Now that's the way to run a business! We will work with ReplaceMyCushions if we ever need more.

We bought a cabin 20 years ago that had furniture of an unknown brand. When I decided I wanted to update the cushions, replace my cushions worked with me using photos of my furniture and measurements to determine it was the Pine Factory brand. They helped me determine measurements for seats and backs for dining chairs as well as a sleep sofa and loveseat. I received the cushions this week and am extremely happy.
