Used site to try out and cancelled it the same day. They charged me 4 months before I realized it. After they could see I never used the site they gave me one month charge back, but I never authorized even one month of charges. There site actually was horrible. I thought it was a simple template at best. I got more out of doing it myself and used chatgpt myself. Certainly don't need there service and they scammed be by charging and waiting for customers to realized it and call them in time. I'm still owed 3 x 29.95 = 89.85 in charges that I did not authorize. SCAM Alert. Erroneous charges!

I first attempted to build my resume on another site, until their AI kept changing my location input to a different city. After several attempts to correct, I gave up. I was so thankful to find that not only was ResumeCoach user friendly, ResumeCoach also allowed me to be in complete control of my data entry. Helpful suggestions were given, but not imposed. While I don't like having to sign up for a subscription, I trust it won't be difficult to cancel, when necessary.

The AI tools made writing an updated, classy looking resume very easy. The one difficulty I had was getting the resume to break out into multiple pages. There's one specific spot in your dashboard that you need to go to to download the document where it will trigger an option to download it in a printable or digital format. Once I found that, I was set!
They emailed me back with instructions on how to download the document in 2 pages. It took them. I think 2 days to respond, and it didn't tell me exactly where I needed to go to get that option, but overall it was helpful enough that it got me to the right place.
It was one of the first options in a Google search, and it was free

I paid for one time resume that should have coast about 1 dollar but was charged with 40 dollars! Don't trust them they are a $#*! company and will still your money if you let them.

I loved the way my experience creating my resume. However the one thing I would wish is that there would be a page break notification to show how many pages it turns out as and or word count.
Because I liked the amount of temples and also that ai was available to help with inspiration.

Simple and efficient. The only thing i would change is to try and make it fit in 1 A4 page that is usually given to HR Depts. Also, drag and drop positioning of the different sections would be useful and could enhance customer experience via artistic engagement
