Yes i have the SAME belief as you. Poor or no customer service replies and incorrect product delivered

Yes they are. They buy their wigs at a really cheap price and make a huge profit.
The personal email is: jiwuzhimei@hotmail.com You can report them to https://www.econsumer.gov/#crnt and also Microsoft since they are using the Hotmail email. That is the email listed in my PayPal transaction. Gone are the days when their was a dispute button. You have to search all over their site, but you have 180 days to file a complaint if you used PayPal.
