BULLSHIT! Don't even go there! I tried cancellation since day 1 7 hours later, and you didn't get back to me 3 days later, still asking why I wanted to cancel, nothing about my cancellation, still and all sent me the piece of shit anyway, you people got balls! Come bring you crooked business here and see what happens, that's why you do what you do, because you're in China, but there's a saying what goes around comes around! You'll get yours! For all the people you' scammed!

Not true. I requested a return for an unopened wig that was so clearly the wrong color. I was told this is impossible.

They didn't even want me to return the wig. Said it would get lost or damaged and our Covid problems were too great in the U.S. They only refunded 15% of the wig price -not shopping

I had the same experience, hard to reach out to them, got wrong product, and cannot get a refund but 10% that nothing to what I paid. This company is nothing but fraudulent.
