There was a mix up in my medicare coverage of diabetic supplies. My pharmacist Gail at Rite Aid worked diligently for weeks and making numerous phone calls until this situation was was corrected, She found the reason for the problem and got it rectified while others said there was nothing they could do. I am so very grateful to her or I do not know what I would have done.
Dropped off a simple MD-written prescription. The young male staff member was CLUELESS. He disappeared, returned and said we should check back THE NEXT MORNING (for an urgent Pain RX). The next morning I called. They had done NOTHING since the imbecile staff member had not ASKED US about our insurance. Told him we were paying cash. SIX HOURS LATER, nothing (despite their promise to text us). They are a total disaster area. Never again. Wishing Rite-Aid a happy "hedge fund" bankruptcy.

Picked up my medicine. I needed a syringe. To administer the medicine. Like i've done for the past three years. This time they would not sell them to me but they showed me the box. I've purchased these over the years many times. They lied and said I needed a prescription Pharmacy's name is richard. My parents, my wife and I and our 3 children are moving our prescriptions to CVS

Interviewed. Got offered a job pending DM approval. Heard nothing for a week. Called twice. Was told to wait until I was called. Then an email came saying I was removed from the candidate pool because they were unable to contact me. A few months went by and I got a request to submit an application for a different store with a different position. I was told to respond back once I've submitted my application so they could get me in for an interview. So I did. No response. I googled the store to get a phone number and Google says the store is permanently closed. Honestly they should just close them all down. On the customer side of things the stores are a mess. Empty shelves, expired products, thefts gone wild and zero customer service.

A doctor calls in a prescription for me and the pharmacy tells me they cannot give me the prescription. I am not getting oxi or medical Marijuana so what gives them the right? The doctor has seen me and he decided this was the best course of action. Who the hell do they think they are?

First, we got the wrong product. There was no return label in the box so I had to call customer service. Returned product the next day and had tracking of being received at Rite Aid. Called CS 3 times and got the run-around on when I'll get a refund. Last cs rep said it will take a month to refund the money. So, they charge your card as soon as you place the order but then take an interest free loan from their customer by not refunding the money for a whole month! That is so unacceptable. I notified my bank about this practice. I'll also let all my friends, relatives, work mates, and my church members know about it. Will never shop at Rite Aid again! Would give -star if possible.
Tip for consumers:
No return label in box, had to call. Now I need to fight for my refund. Your refund policy is just so unacceptable.

Horrible, didn't have my medicine in stock, then when they did it was the wrong one. They gave me the one I'm allergic to? They're too busy and concerned about their lunch break from 1:30-2:00. Ignore everyone waiting till they're done chatting. Very young and inexperienced.Store is empty,I wonder why,? Please straighten that out. Mature professions needed there..

Glenda at rite aid on Wellesley in spokane wa. Is very rude to the employees and customers. On 1/11/*******@5-530pm went into to use western union and got that done headed to cashier to receive my money. He the nice cashier needed more money and called Glenda over to register and she was saying how next time that they dont have extra. $ to give for WU and was just being rude. I said well then you probably shouldnt advertise western union services. I was in the store at 530pm. Never had problem doing WU before. She just should not be in customer service she clearly has a problem with communication. Thanks for reading.

Website is useless. Confusing. Wrong dates. Doesn't process renewals unless you try 10 times Get busy signal when you call! Scripts never filled on time or just at randomly times and it's always customer's fault. They act like you work for them and they're doing you a favor doing THEIR job.

So I drive 1.5 hours to get my Mother's medication. I get there and they are closed. I call the location a few miles away to see if I can pick up there instead. I was placed on a brief 15 minute hold. I hung up before they came back on the line. That place could be on fire and if I had to use the bathroom I would risk kidney damage before I helped put it out. I hope this was helpful. Picture is of nothing because that's exactly what I got. What a complete waste.

Go elsewhere

Absolutely unacceptable level of knowledge regarding prescriptions.
Customer service is laughable and simply very pathetic. I have a national and well known quality health coverage, every month there seemed to be problematic errors (excuses...) as to why this or that was holding things up. Just stay away from Marion Rite aids. Go anywhere else

I have ordered online from various venues with varying results. Some incredibly disappointing. Riteaid.com surpasses them all. Everything I have ordered has arrived in pristine condition. Carefully packed by people who obviously take pride in their work. Sale prices are great, as is the 20% off offer that results in real savings, and free shipping over 49$. Items ship fast. I am so happy that I took a chance on ordering online from RiteAid and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank You!

Visited Rite Aid in Paradise, California. Made a purchase but the sales prices didn't ring correctly. Clerk 'cancelled' my credit card transaction and re-rang the items with correct pricing. Credit card shows charged 2x for same items. Called Rite Aid 800 customer service 3 times now. Local manager is tasked with handling the refund. They just can't manage to perform this simple task. Such a waste of time but I want my money back. No store card, other option. Credit the card you charged - simple.
It's been 6 weeks and still not resolved.

Ugh! Yuck!
Not helpful at ALL!
First of all The pharmacist completely ignored me. Didn't even acknowledge my existence. I had to knock on the window and still continued to ignore me. So annoying and RUDE!
Three of their staff members were in the front talking, when asking a question about a product they gave vague verbal directions, and instead of walking me towards the product (No one was in the store) only to find nothing similar to the product I wanted.
You can tell its mediocre check in-check out type of job for them.
Save a negative experience and go to Safeway. There is better customer service and you can avoid the dismissal of your needs.

I called the pharmacy for 2 days to see if my father's prescription was ready. I was on hold for 44 minutes then got hung up on when the phone was finally answered. Called back and was on hold for over 30 minutes, same thing. He will be switching pharmacies. Rude people when you finally do get through. Very frustrating. No wonder rite aids across the world are closing.

Horrible service. Do not care about the customers, especially at the pharmacy.

The receipts you get at Rite Aid say that by taking their "2 minute survey", you will be entered in a contest to win $1000. This is false advertising, there is no contest currently. Now, some merchants trick you to get your private information, and Rite-Aid is one of them. Don't waste your time or give away anything!

I visit This Rite Aid just about everyday. There's few people that don't do anything when you request for help. I needed something from behind the locked showcase. I needed for someone to open it. I waited and waited so I just gave up. There's also been incidences where customer service happened very rude. I think they're overworked...I don't know but they have a serious attitude.

The employees are good people, eager to help you. No problems there, but why do I get a call my RX is ready, I'm thinking I didn't call in anything and the pharmacy people can't find anything. This has happened too many times. That automated call system is OFF.

I'm highly upset and disappointed in the removal of the 20% discount. I found out back in February, and was surprised. To think that a corporation making billions of dollars would do that, with no thought or regard to the customers who've been supporting Rite Aid! Not to mention, the employees. Some of them who I talked to personally didn't like it either, and said that they didn't even let them know that they were doing it. They just did it. I don't go in Rite Aid even half as much as I used to now. If really need something, I'm better off going to Walmart! This is a real black eye on Rite Aid and could have devastating consequences in the long run! Terrible decision from a business standpoint and a customer standpoint!

I am in love with the rewards and the short time it takes to fill the rewards needed to actually collect something from it. I have over 16,000 points so far from last week. That's about 16 dollars. Kits amazing that the store gives back
Tip for consumers:
They are very generous with their rewards program so sign up and start collecting.

Rite Aid needs shut down. Doesn't matter which store there are hardly ever any pharmacists there. They're hours are total bull. If CVS doesn't have a problem with pharmacists shortage then they shouldn't either. They've made multiple mistakes with my meds. They just suck. A shame because I've gone to them all my life but I'm done
