No one really knows but it's pretty clear roblox isn't a children game anymore

People make the parts, not Roblox... such as shirts and pants, PLAYERS create shirts themed around those things.

They don't, what is happening is that there is 1 Billion users, (Most Bots) but that there isn't that much staff. They try their best.

Roblox can't ban these things as soon as they go up, it takes time. A few hundred staff (NOT ALL MODERATORS) and 70 million users.

ROBLOX does not permit inappropriate attire. This violates the guidelines and the individual/individuals who conceived and digitalized will likely have their accounts purged.

They dont. There is hackers in this game and i reccomend you and your chld stay away from this game.

They don't though ROBLOX is trying as hard as they can to ban those kinds of things but millions play ROBLOX, and unfortunately that means millions break the rules.

I think they don't catch everything that people try to slip by filters etc. Maybe it depends who sees your images etc. Like this pirate game i played allowed clan logos in game. I uploaded a person covered in some blood for a pirate crew logo and i get banned. Another person uploaded hardly dressed person with blood on the face looking crazy and it was his groups picture where everyone can see it.

Ok, after seeing that one picture example from an answer i guess they are getting lazy? That's worst than any image i seen 2 years ago.
