I have to admit that I read some of these reviews and was concerned about buying from Rogue Fitness. I decided to go ahead and placed an order for a full set of bumper plates, an Olympic bar and an HR-2 Half Rack. After I placed my order, they replied that it would not be ready for 6 weeks - which was 2 - 4 weeks longer than they represented on their website. As it turned out, however, they did a great job! All the equipment arrived in just over a week and they were very responsive to a couple of questions and minor order changes. And as you would expect from Rogue, the equipment is terrific. All in all, I had a very good experience with Rogue.
I recently purchased a barbell from Rogue Fitness, attracted by their advertised "lifetime warranty" and "30-day return policy." Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Within three weeks of receiving the barbell, I discovered a deep scratch on the coating. Concerned about the durability and overall quality, I reached out to Rogue Fitness to request a return and refund under their stated policies. However, after a week of back-and-forth communication, they refused to honor both their 30-day return window and their lifetime warranty. I'm disappointed with both the product's quality and the lack of responsiveness from customer service. They do not stand by their warranty or return policy, which is frustrating as a customer who trusted their promises. If you're considering purchasing from Rogue Fitness, be cautious. In my experience, the barbell's coating was of poor quality, and the company was unhelpful in resolving the issue. I hope this helps others make a more informed decision.

Some Rogue phone Customer service reps are hesitant to help, I would give the 2 reps I spoke with today a negative star. You are giving a bad image to an otherwise great company.
I ordered gift cards for my son for Christmas as of 12/28/2023 the still haven't showed up. When I got in contact with customer service all I got was they must be lost! So now I'm trying to get replacements and no confirmation of a new shipment. Is this how you run a company. They have the money.
Not at all surprising to see that this company has such low reviews. I purchased a Concept 2 ERG bike in June of last year (2022), and though Concept makes a short seat option, Rogue Fitness does not offer this option, or let you know that it is available. So I bought a bike that almost works for me, being 5' 2" with short legs. After developing knee pain my physical therapist determined that my bike was not set at the correct height (too tall), but I can not adjust it low enough. After some research, I found that they actually do make a short version. Rogue Fitness is unwilling to accept a return or purchase a short seat for me. They are catering to tall men and have zero concern for short humans. I hope they go out of business. Note. They lost a good customer. I have bought both the rower and bike and had planed to buy the skier as well. My son has all three machines as well.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy if you are short (or purchase directly from Concept 2 ERG, where they offer a short seat option)

I'm very familiar with the equipment. I've used it many times and when doing my home gym I didn't even shop around. Big mistake. I'm not sure I would have found a better set up. My problem is the service once order was placed. It took over 2 months to pack the order and now it is with a freight company that won't deliver the product to my door. It comes to my curb and yes there is a big difference especially if you have a long driveway.
So Im not in a dispute over my driveway length. The recommendation from Rogue. I rent my own truck and drive and get the material from the freight warehouse myself. Nice work customer service. Eventually this type of stuff will erode brand hopefully. Buyer beware. Not good people on that side of the trade regardless if their equipment is well made.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t go with what they tell you over the phone. Customer service people seem very young and untrained Response for a week was we will take care of this and nothing was done. Finally I get an email from somebody saying read the fine print not our problem.

I purchased a squat rack paid $930.00 It took 1 month in a half before I called since my package never got delivered. Apparently they got my address wrong and the package had got lost. Once I told them I no longer wanted it and my money back. What do you know a few days after asking for a refund my package was finally delivered I than had to pay an extra $250.00 to send it back even though I told multiple different phone reps I no longer wanted it in the first place while it was "lost" they completely screwed me over, my package was all beat up, it came 2 months later and I still haven't got a refund. I suggest nobody buy anything from this company. The customer service is awful, its been a nightmare getting a refund, This company is very fraudulent & If i could give it no stars i would.
Tip for consumers:
If I knew how bad the customer service was and how awful of a nightmare it is to return anything even while the package is lost no fault of my own. I would have never ordered anything from here.

Great products for decent prices. However, the customer service is lacking. They keep lying about the status of my shipment instead of telling me whats really happening. They will hang up on you during your call, take forever to respond. Its unfortunate but I will have to start using a different website for my fitness gear just so I can avoid these headaches
One of the worst purchasing experiences in my 30 yr purchasing career, Over 2 months trying to order a simple 10 item order even after giving them the list with item #'s off their own site. 3-5 days to get a response so it takes a month to answer a question. Quoted wrong twice & now a month after it's been paid for it's picked wrong. So this no doubt will take at least another month to correct (if lucky!) Terrible service folks. Run don't walk away from this company if you are looking for an easy order process. Can't comment on quality because oh yeah, don't even have the order yet! Will 100% never order from this company again.
As a high school strength coach for over 30 years I have purchased a lot of equipment. I have purchased twice from Rogue, the first time about $5,000 worth of bars and bumper plates came off with no issues. I started another order in October 2020, after 3 months and them shipping the wrong bars my school ended up eating over $400 worth of shipping costs. They took zero responsibility for their mistake and kept me in a death spiral of emails and long waits on the phone. You never communicate with the same person twice, it truly was the worst experience imaginable. Although their equipment is good, heaven help you if you need any customer service.

I bought some of their items to help with mobility (battlestar). Took awhile to go ahead as their prices are so high. Unlike most of the complaints here, my stuff actually showed up but how it was shipped was a rip off. Whoever packed it looked they just threw it in the box as there was no packing material at all. It was put in a container that was 4 times bigger than it needed to be so I ended up paying more shipping than I would have. Couple of emails back and forth with customer service was a waste of time. The message from them was clearly that as long as you got your stuff you should buzz off. After having read all the other reviews about stuff never showing up I can now see why their bar of customer satisfaction is so low.
Ordered $1500. 00 in products at Rogue Fitness website. Called customer service and got hung up while I was asking a question. First red flag. Ok, I tried again and that time the attendant wasn't helpful and also not pleasant to speak with. Ended up cancelling my entire order thanks to the attendant name Alain D. I'm taking my business elsewhere, I can now imagine how bad it would be if I had to contact Rogue Fitness again for a warranty issue.
I would give them zero stars if i could. We ordered (and paid for) an assault bike and never received it. We have sent multiple emails. They keep telling us different things about our order. We called Rogue and waited almost 2 hours to talk to someone, who told us to contact UPS. We had already contacted UPS and they did not pick anything up from Rogue! UPS said Rogue created a label but nothing has been shipped. Now when we call we can't get through. Do not order through Rogue!
Extremely unprofessional customer service. There was an issue with my address and they mentioned they cannot do anything on their end. I asked them to keep the rope and refund me for it. It's been 6 phone calls and countless emails, they kept saying the earlier rep did not process it correctly and I should get my money in a week (for every phone call). Never got my money. Definitely a fraudulent business.
I purchased a pair of sneakers that did not fit correctly, I went to return them and they charged me $14.50. I purchase many things on the internet and its usually free returns or exchanges... not with this company!
I have a garage full of Rogue Kettlebells and equipment. I've been using them for approximately 5 years and have recommended them to many others. Never again!
I ordered 6 new 'Made in the USA' kettlebells and when they showed up they look like a bad high school project.
They have indents, defects all over the handles and horns which are not hand friendly.
I've contacted Rogue numerous times and tried to post a 1 star review which still has not been posted and Rogue will not respond to my emails. Wonder why their kettlebells have 4.9 star ratings? They won't post negative reviews.
Look elsewhere.
Their clothing sucks and is poorly made and fitted. Customer service told me "Tough Luck, stuff varies" (paraphrased) and made me pay to send back stuff improperly sized (defective products). I wont buy clothing from them. But just so you know... if you order ANYTHING, it will never arrive in a timely manner and will come from all over the globe with different "mailers". Super pissed about the responses when I asked them to take back their crappy clothing. Their equipment is pretty good. I have a lot of it.
Tip for consumers:
If you are buying equipment, it is good stuff, stay away from the rest.

I ended up ordering from another site. This site lacks accountability for their products and customers service basically told me "tough luck".
I purchased a sit-up pad for $50. I should have paid attention to the reviews indicating that it was not comfortable and too hard, which turned out to be the case. I returned the pad promptly unused, but ended up paying them $32 for shipping! I requested some reimbursement, and they refused and insisted I pay for all shipping charges. I would advise being extremely careful before buying from this vendor.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy this item, and do not expect any refund of shipping even if their product is not as advertised

I received a defective echo-bike and the seller is refusing to refund me the money even though this is a breach of contract on their behalf... the bike caused me to injured myself the first time I tried using it due to its defects. Their general manager Terry Zeller told me to F off -overall, extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful- I'm in the process of hiring an attorney. Do NOT recommend!

Ordered an extremely expensive rack from Rogue. It took forever to get here (however due to COVID and shipping issues, I understand).
They didn't send a large chunk of the parts needed for me to actually build the rack. Upon contacting them, they told me that they "forgot" and would be sending them out via the slowest shipping method possible. So now this is another few weeks I won't have my rack.
The rack uprights are all scratched to hell, dented, and have orange peel paint.
(The pictures are two spots on two different uprights, all 4 uprights have the same or worse cosmetic issues) I contacted Rogue about the issue, who had me send them pictures.
They got back to me a few days later, saying they would offer me $75 since the issues are "largely cosmetic".
Paying $2000+ dollars for a power rack means I'm paying for the quality. The idea that they would think this is okay is insulting.
Tip for consumers:
No reason to spend your hard earned money here. Buy from other companies who aren't riding the wave of endorsement deals to sell, and actually care about the customer experience still.

Rogue is absolutely not the job for you if you have any issues not completely adhering to your managers' nonsense of tasks. They expect you to work under the most ridiculous conditions as well as bend the rules to either work in your favor or to fire you once they see fit. Upper management is not involved at all with entry level workers and could not care less about how you feel or if you feel the job could go easier. Coming from someone that has years of experience from Rogue this place is not worth it unless you want their money, which is great might I add. Ask yourself this: Do you value your mental/physical health over your financial wellbeing? If so then don't work here. Trust me, it is not worth it.
They can't handle a basic residential delivery. It's not like I live out in the middle of nowhere - 0.25 mile off a 3 lane main road. They got my 3,000lbs worth of gym equipment within 20 miles and then pretty much said - figure it out yourself. Terrible customer service. Let's hope the equipment turns out great... if I can ever get it home.
Tip for consumers:
They can't guarantee delivery to a residential address. And they'll make no effort to get the equipment to your house. The even misrepresented what the carrier was saying.

I ordered a 1/2 rack, full plate set, full dumbell set - over 3,000lbs in equipment.
I've bought a lot of Rogue equipment over the years. Spent a crap ton of money on that equipment. Which I have been impressed with. Do not buy Rouge clothing however. Also they need to do a better job in the customer satisfaction area. Not to thrilled about the clothing that I received.
Overall I like the quality of the Rogue fitness products, but you are paying a premium for this. That said, I had a problem with a brand new accessory for my Rogue rack where the paint was coming off VERY easily. I only had the product for a week and if I breathed the wrong way the paint came off. Customer service would do nothing. I also ordered safety straps for the same rack system - got the hardware, but NOT the straps! Are you kidding me? The return and refund was no hassle (at least for that issue). Overall not impressed, except for the quality, but YOU ARE PAYING A PREMIUM FOR THAT.
I've spent quite a bit of money on Rogue equipment over the past six months for my garage gym (still a work in progress, but that's okay). In fairness, I will say that all of my items came in a timely manner with the exception of one which as of this review, I'm still waiting on. I opted to receive in stock notifications for items that were out of stock. The thing with Rogue is that their products sell relatively quickly so once you receive an in stock notification, be prepared to make a purchase. With that in mind, On Nov. 2,2020, I purchased the Monster Utility Bench 2.0 along with the Thompson Fat Pad. According to Rogue, these items ship within 14-30 days. The RSS (Rogue Shipping System) only showed that the order was received and processed- that's it.
After 31 days, I decided to reach out to Rogue in an effort to see if there was an update regarding my order. They told me that the bench was still in production and that my order would ship complete once the Thompson Fat Pad was back in stock. Now I'm like, "Wait a minute..." if an item is out of stock, you will not be able to purchase it, nor add it to your wish list, let alone your cart. How is it that this item was in stock when I purchased it and now out of stock just like that? I went on to point out that the information on their website is misleading and I have a problem with that. We're in the middle of January and I have yet to receive my items nor have I been contacted about the status of my order, and the RSS is only showing my order was processed. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. Look, I get that we are still in the midst of a pandemic and that it has an influence on logistics, transportation, etc. because of this, amongst other variables in place, it is paramount that you communicate clearly with your patrons. It's not enough to have great products when your customer service is marginal at best, and I still have not received my items. Upon reception of my items (providing that I do not opt for a refund) I will not purchase from rogue again. Sorry, not sorry.
