No number as far as I am aware. I found contacting the courier company directly helpful as they spoke perfect English, but I suppose that will only help if ROMWE have given you a tracking number.
Another option, which other people have suggested, is raising a ticket. There is also the option to start an online chat, I found that slightly helpful.
Final option is to leave a review on here, they actually respond fairly quickly.
I was in a similar spot. I opened a ticket and they didn't respond for three days. It wasn't until I gave them a bad review that they responded.
You can only contact them via email / ticket which is completely useless as their english is poor and they do not asnwer your question. Different customer service gives you different answer so you wouldnt know who's telling the truth. Their service is really bad until you start writing negative reviews on sitejabber / trustpilot then they will start panicking and contacting you, offering discount codes so that you'll remove your negative review

I communicated with customer service via: offline@romwe.com and service@romwe.com. If you go under the "My Orders" it has a link that says "How to contact customer service about my orders" I believe I used that method to contact them initially. I hope this helps :)
Sadly they don't.
ROMWE, stylewe, sheIN, same scamming online company that sells cheap material junk clothes and have NO free return shipping. That means you will have to pay a very hefty FEE to ship those lower than cheap flee market clothes on your own and wasting 2-3 weeks time. STAY away from them. Millions have been warned through all the media outlets.

: A nightmare! We all in the same boat because their items are all bad quality, i say cancel your order and get your money back, nothing is as per described or photoed. They reply only via logging a ticket like mentioned above, but if you put a bad review on here there customer service team will contact you, but it's still frustrating. Very nice workers who are polite but their hands are tied as to what help they can provide. Aarrgg! I'm wasting so much time on them trying to get my money back. And i don't know how anyone is posting positive feedback for them. They must be paid to do it!
I didn't get my full order either but don't panic just yet. The rest of mine arrived a few days later! I emailed, wrote a review and a paypal dispute and I got a response the next day with tracking info. They are in China I believe so no phone number.

I was only able to contact them by submitting a ticket on their website. It took them a full 24 hrs to reply. Hope it helps

No they just have customer service as far as I know. If you have a account with them login to it, and go to my tickets. Submit a ticket explaining what happened I guess. I won't ever order from them again most likely so I feel u
