About the size, different items have different sizes, and every item has different description. With regard to exchange items, you can exchange the size that you ordered before. But return shipping will take so long time to arrive at our warehouse, especially by standard shipping. After we get your return, maybe the item you want to exchange was no longer on sell then we are unable to send it directly to you, anyway please contact us in time via tickets.

Returns are a no go as they will say the postage is too high. I've found that the size small is equal to a UK/AUS size 8 and maybe also fit size 10. A lot of their clothes are stretchy so they've fit me OK but one I got that was a different fabric was a bit off.
The biggest trouble is you don't know what the fabric is going to be like. Sometimes it's much thinner or much thicker than you expect. I have three dresses in stretchy leggings type fabric that are great but be careful. P.s. I got one dress from them in sheinside packaging so they must be the same company. Check the other sites for the same product and compare prices if you do want to buy anything.

DO NOT ORDER! We are not trying to sabotage Romwe's reputation, we are ordinary folk, spending our hard on cash with a company who rip us off, don't deliver the goods, do not refund, do not communicate, and when they do they lie. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Don't be tempted by the candy, go shop somewhere else.

Don't bother. The size charts on the site do not accurately correlate to the size of the garments. I have brought this to the companies attention and they have been giving me the runaround for weeks. I still haven't received a return address and they continuously ask for photos of my measurements or measurements of the getments. It's completely inappropriately for them to ask for me to measure my body and photograph it to send to them and it's ludicrous to request anyone to measure the garments and send them photos of them because the can simply pull the items from their inventory and measure them if they feel that this is necessary. This is simply a stalling tactic. I believe that they are a complete scam and a bunch of thieves. Purchase at your own risk!

Honestly do not order from here! Pay the extra and get clothes from a local mall it is not worth it! Take our word, the quality is so $#*!ty and you wont get any refund!

Save yourself the trouble. I never even received my items I ordered in May & they only wanted to refund me half of what I paid so I'm sure to exchange it you'll have to pay a lot to ship and they charge a restocking fee

I do not recommend ordering clothes from them. Jewelry is fine. Their return and exchange policy is nonsense. Plus, it takes a while to receive your orders.

If you have already ordered, you will NOT receive the item pictured. Instead you will get an inferior copy or something completely different. ROMWE will not refund or exchange. They will respond with a bogus apology & make an attempt to con you into purchasing more items with discount coupons & free shipping. Do NOT fall for this SCAM.
