They don´t have any dignity. Even rate themselves 5 stars which is a shame. Worst experience ever. Asked them for a quote as I needed a faster shipment then my original offer. Have been promised a swift response but when I contacted them again after two weeks as I haven´t heard from them at all they told me the ship was leaving already. Still booked with them for the next ship then and asked them in when to bring it where and what documents. Had to ask them multiple times but no feedback. And to top it all of when the shipment arrived damaged and I had to raise claims they failed to do so and for the last 4 weeks I´ve been chasing them to get an answer in what they communicated to the owner of the vessel and been promised an answer for a specific date repeatedly but never got one. So in summary: rude, untrustworthy, incompetent and because of the extra costs expensive and I most likely have spend more time for the communication to them than they did on the job I gave them. Never again.

Working with RORO was an all in all frustrating experience. I contacted them months in advance to start setting up the process and every step along the way they waited till only a few days before necessary papers were due to tell me to fill them out and submit them. These were often very important papers that required long waits at city hall and the export office, and required me to randomly, on several occasions, miss work and almost miss my export date. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating other wise. Until, I sent payment! They claimed that they never recieved my money, and stated that if I did not repay immediately, that I would quickly receive hundreds of dollars in late fees. In the meantime, I was forced to pay a second time with the understanding that my first payment would be refunded. To this day I have not received a cent. I've had to hire an attorney to go after this company and they continue to not respond by mail, email, or answer their phone. I requested a simple bank statement for them to prove to my bank that the money was never received. They claimed it was on the way then cut off communication. I still am out three grand and have received nothing proving their innocence. Basically they are thieves and they are even dodging legal matters. They stole my money and there's nothing stopping them from stealing yours. Do not use RORO USA LLC under any circumstances, and do not recommend them to anyone you know.
