They probably don't speak English well, and sure as hell don't charge enough for their clothes to put up with listening to you complain. If you aren't happy with a 10$ dress shipped from China to you for FREE, call it a loss and move on.
They won't answer calls or emails until you contact PayPal or your bank, then all of a sudden they want you to "work with them" horrible company

Not sure why they wouldnt be answering and honestly i have never tried to ring them as never had to. Anytime i have needed to contact them i have sent an email and they reply back more or less straight away which was a shock as i was expecting to be waiting forever for a reply from all the bad reviews and criticism about RoseGal but they certainly did shock me with the time it took for them to reply back. And that was not just on one occasion that was quite a few times i emailed them with bombarding questions about my order only because i started to worry after reading all the ad reviews. But i would like to thank RoseGal customer service for attending to my stressful questions so promt.
The only answer I have to everyone on here is dont buy from here if you think you can order the wrong size and you can return it or exchange, as you cannot.
It's a Magic jack line. That was all I needed to hear for me to realize they're entire website was a scam.
Heather H. They are not selling clothing shown on short Asian models. They have found quite a few white models to showcase their clothing so why should I assume that the clothing is made just for someone who is 5'1". This is a terrible business regardless of the country.
They have not responded to my emails and there is no number to call.
Please people --- read the information they provide. It's all there. I only needed to contact them on one occasion ( it was my error on my end) and used the email contact link they provide. They were back to me the next day via email.
If you phone them have you checked the date and time of their business hours. THEIR business hours and calculated when you should call. Time AND date. This is an INTERNATIONAL site and their CUSTOMERS don't just speak English! They correspond in French, German, Spanish and so many other languages with customers time zones around the world. They have to cater for ALL their customers -- not just the American ones.
Many of the people answering questions on this site are ( like me) just trying to help others. I must keep reminding myself that the rude or those using their answer to just have a whinge are as insignificant as their responses are in relation to to the question. Other answers are fantastic. And I am going to take this opportunity to remind those that don't seem to know or understand that China is the largest economy in the world. NOT the United States. In fact, they are about the largest everything. Please read the informatio provided on the site and sizing information carefully. If you are 5'9" -- how many Asian wonen gave you seen that height. Learn the difference between shipping time and delivery time. This company has no control over delivery time.
